First of all, great staff! The interior was kind of classic and old-fashioned but we fancied it. Food was AMAZING, we enjoyed our three courses so much. It is a bit expensive but totally worth the experience. There was one down side, and that was that the wine was a bit disappointing. But overall very content.

Excellent food, nice atmosphere. Here you get good Hungarian food for a medium range price. Very friendly staff, helping you to choose the right items from the menu. I liked the Hungarian Goulash and the Strudel. Very close to Danube River and Metro/Tram.

We had an excellent early dinner here ordering the Hungarian mix as an appetiser, then the goulash soup, the chicken paprikas with noodles and cucumber salad and then for dessert the plum filled dumplings. For drinks we had a tasty cocktail and then a coffee at the end. The service was great, extra shoutout to our waitress, the lady with the blondish hair, for being so accommodating and kind. Highly recommend this place!

We found here accidently but It was very good experience. Food and desserts were very successfull and soooo delicious. Drinks as well..

After a very hot day exploring Budapest, this little gem didn't fail to deliver. despite being next to a busy road the resturant was outstanding. Food was delicious - highly recommend the risotto- hats off to the chef

Having lunch here is not just having some food but having an experience. The food was scrumptious and the service was impeccable.
If you have time, I really recommend to go here and try their risotto with local mushrooms.

Dispite being just beside a busy street this place was great!
Fast and amazing service, fantastic food, good drink-list, clean toilets.
Close to perfect in all ways.

Amazing experience with authentic Hungarian menu , specially they made Veg menu also

Came here after a lovely but absolutely exhausting day of exploring Budapest. The staff were extremely welcoming, my mushroom risotto was delicious and I even finished off my sisters gnocchi. Exactly what we needed!

The goulash was delicious and the gnocchi with rock for cheese and spinach was fantastic and perfectly cooked. The poor waiter was running around like crazy I was the owner seem to be having fun drinking and smoking with everyone. I did not catch the waiters name but he had glasses and quite tall with dark curly hair and he was very professional and friendly.

Beautiful place with amazing service and food. Aniko and Joseph were both super nice hosts. Would definetly recommend & come back.

Visited the restaurant with my friends from Spain and we really enjoyed our dinner! I’m normally vegetarian, occasionally eat meat, and when I do I want to make sure it’s a special, and this was of top quality (the goulash soup just wow)! The staff was also very kind + great music.

Amazing place. The staff are very welcoming and nothing was too much. I had the pea soup which was outstanding. And my other half had the ox cheek goulash soup. He couldn't get enough of it! The flavours were amazing. For main I had the paprika chicken l. The sauce was so flavoursome and the chicken fell off of the bone. It was delicious. My other half had the crispy pork loin. Again he didnt leave a morsel on the plate! Would highly recommend the food and the service here. We will definitely be back!

5/5. Been here a few times, including my birthday dinner and I must say it never disappoints. Food is excellent, goulash soup is the best one I ever had. Tried both meat and fit dishes which were all divine, and last time finely had some place left for dessert and the strudel was also delicious. The owner and the staff are all wonderful and I really feel like coming home when I go to Europa Bisztro. My favourite place for Hungarian cuisine in Budapest, a perfect blend of fine food and home cooking.

It was recommended to us by our hotel receptionist. I am happy we followed the recommendation. Tasty food and great service at a very decent price. I recommend it.

This place is a must visit in Budapest! The ambiance, the food, the drinks & the service are exceptional. Do not miss out on the Duck Confit, it tastes incredible! Another favorite is their delicious Espresso Martinis 👌

Bernant was our waiter was excellent.provided good insights on Hungarian food. We especially liked the pickled red onions ,cauliflower and tomato. Loved the cucumber salad . The carp soup and ox cheek goulash were excellent. Our party had the chicken paprika . Crispy pork, Hungarian beef steak and the louda. Which all tasted so good . The dessert we had was described as a homemade type of holiday treat. It had just the right amount of sweetness .

Asked for a quick meal just as they opened for lunch, since we had reservations for a tour at the Parliament. Waiter was awesome and made everything happen, Found out later that he served us before he formally started his shift. He had to change into his uniform after he brought out the appetizers, I’d give him 6/stars if I could. Food was delicious. Wish I had time for dessert, Also wish I had more time to enjoy the atmosphere, which was incredibly serene considering we were having an outdoor meal on one of the busiest streets in Pest.
