Great place. You pay one price and can eat how much you want. They have really big choice of food, meat, salads, desserts. My love thing here is the real time grill - you take that you want to fri and chief will do it in that moment. The waiter always bring you the drink( unlimited juice, beer, wine). Recommend for group, they have many place, and for couples.

Greate place for take a lunch. Buffett from 14h-17h. 8800 HUF per person but you can eat soups, srarters, main dishes, venice, cakes and sweets, etc. Food is very well prepared and it is very delicious. Everything is good organised. Stuff are polite and fast. Recommand this restaurant.

While in Budapest on a recent trip we stumbled upon a great traditional Hungarian buffet that was recommended in a travel guide we had brought with us. For only $20 per person you can feast on an all you can eat buffet with local salads, soups, entrees, cooked-to-order steaks, starches, veggies, homemade breads, and desserts (including hand made ice cream). Also included is all of the local wine and water you desire as well as a spectacular, authentic gypsy floor show complete with instruments and exotic dancers.

Zugló is the "original" of the three Trófea buffet location and just a short walk northwest of the large City Park and its picturesque Heroes' Square, thermal baths, and Vajdahunyad Castle, made famous as the spectacular backdrop for the recent hit TV series "Dracula" starring Jonathan Rhys Meyers. The restaurant sits on a corner, is large, and reminiscent of a Bavarian chalet right in the middle of Budapest with warm furnishings that are both functional and comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and efficient, and just a few spoke English. After all … YOU ARE IN BUDAPEST FOLKS!

The food was wonderful with a vast array of appetizers, entrees, side dishes, and desserts to suit anyone’s taste. An at just $20, Trófea is one of THE BEST VALUES we have experienced in our travels. There are better restaurants in Budapest, but none compare when it comes to great food at a reasonable price … booze included … and a traditional Hungarian show that you will remember for years to come!

Cozy place with perfect fresh food, and very good grilled meat and vegetables. This is the first original trofea restaurant in the city, what is still the best from all of the trofeas.

I was blown away by the Trofea experience 10 years ago. Still very good. A few vegetarian options. Don't hesitate to go there to try Hungarian food!

Buffet style hungarian local restautant. We enjoyed a meal with nice instrumental musics. It was like a scene in the movie!

This is a must place to visit if you are in Budapest. I was there for a business trip and our partners invited us for a dinner buffet, I simply loved the ambience and food of this place.👍

Large selection of different foods. There’s an even an option to have someone cook something fresh if you’re in the mood for a certain type of meat. And — the best part — beer and wine are also included for the same flat price.
Staff were friendly and pleasant, professional. Restaurant and buffet area was exceptionally clean.

Very, very tasty "home cooking" style Hungarian dishes.
Buffet style, lots of soups, meats, sides, salads, dessert. They even had sushi. The slow roasted venison and the confit duck were delicious. Service was wonderful too. Will be coming back

Best place for variety of traditional Hungarian food. All you can eat buffet style where unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks are also included. Great for groups or if you have guests visiting!

Food not outstanding - but very good.

And for price/quality is it excellent - you have same food and wine quality as in good restaraunt at price 2 times or 3 times lower! If you are tourist in Budapest and just need to have everyday dinner, that is best choice for sure. May be locals know better places :)

The food is very yummy. Almost everything is quite filling as they are an all you can eat place. They do have grill to order with a delicious selection and they have sushi as well that is very good (I'm told). I love their profiteroles!

Good place. Nice selection possibilities, all-you-can-eat, good atmosphere. Prices are not low, but still very affordable. Be careful to not overeating yourself.

Nice all you can eat, buffet. Lots of Hungarian and central European food. I really liked the elderberry drink that was served by the table and the basket of pogácsa, was a nice change of pace from the normal bread as a starter.

The best food in town! Everything we tried from soups, to deserts was perfect! All plus wine, beer and coffee, included, and top quality! A must visit, 0.5km from the baths.

This restaurant was one of the major highlight during my stag do in Budapest. The quality of the food is incredible for the value...and the buffet includes unlimited beers 🍺 😃

Great food! All-you-can-eat buffet is excellent! There is a sushi as well as hungarian national cousine. Also, fruit, icecreams, pastery, cakes... Fresh sallads, heavy-creamed sallads, smoked meat and much, much more! I strongly recommend this place, I will definately came back again!

HOLY WOW. If you're looking for a place with affordable prices, AMAZING food, and unlimited food and drinks, look no further.

My brother and I had just finished bathing at Szechenyi, and we were starving. So we hopped on Google maps to see the top rated places in the area and we were NOT disappointed.

They have everything here including Sushi and your choice of Grilled Meats right in front of you.

My brother and I paid only €28 for the two of us and we left STUFFED.

Just a word to the wise, they close from 5:00-5:30, so if you show up before 5, you will have to leave before then. My brother and I arrived around 4:15 because we didnt want to spend money for the overpirced food at the baths, and we stuffed our faces for 45 minutes.
