The best food in Budapest! So delicious so authentic and so tasty. You must try traditional beef goulash here. Very cozy vibe and friendly staff. Because this place is not close enough to the main location prices are not so high. Truly recommend!

So delicious we came back twice in one day! I really wanted to try traditional Hungarian food and this did not disappoint. The szekely, goulash and tagliatelle were our highlights. Thanks so much for being one of the tastiest stops on our journey 🤩

Very nice place, clean and spacious. It was empty when I went there for dinner.. the waitress that served me was a really nice young lady unfortunately I didn’t got her name to mention it here. Great service and really nice food.

I would suggest to the managers to find a way to market it more as when I was around the town I saw a lot of places that have queues in front but didn’t have good service or food. Marketing is the key.

🍽 Food was fantastic. We had some starters, mains and a dessert. Everything was delicious. I specially enjoyed the chicken crepe and the goulash with side of noodles.
🍷 The red house wine was delicious!!! Definitely worth trying!!
🧍‍♂ Staff was really nice and kind. Really good service.
🏠 The restaurant has a really cosy atmosphere, it feels like being in a home. Really liked it.
Overall, amazing experience. Would recommend!!

This hidden gem offers authentic Hungarian cuisine that will satisfy any palate without spending a fortune. The staff is friendly, the portions are generous, and the atmosphere is cozy. You could visit for lunch or dinner, and even when it was full, the owner always found a spot for me and my friends :)

Great little spot for yummy food and drinks.
I got the elderberry lemonade, which was fantastic, and the goulash stew - stunningly delicious and served with a large side of chili pepper paste.
The atmosphere was vintage with a lovely record player playing some old 1940s music, great interior decorations, and really fast service!
Will definitely be back again with my husband 💕

Amazing service and the atmosphere. They even have 3 fully vegan dishes. Very progressive for a Hungarian restaurant. At the same time, it has a very traditional ambiance. It’s family owed and the owner is friendly and kind. Definitely recommend it.

I went with a colleague to the restaurant one evening while in Budapest and were delighted by their traditional and quite delicious dishes.
The vibe of the place is relaxing and authentic at the same time.

Great restaurant , but above everything, perfect service. From the hoste, to the lady waitress « Grace » who was so nice, everything was absolutely perfect. Pianist is great to. Definitely a nice place to have dinner

Wonderful Traditional Hungarian Food. We have spent 2 nights here for our evening meal, whilst on holiday here. We wish we would have found it earlier in the week Food is exceptional!

This is by far the BEST restaurant we ate in budapest! The duck breast was unbelievably good that i could not stop dreaming about it. I think i would travel to budapest just for THIS breast. I didn’t know breast could taste like that 😮‍💨. The goulash was also one of THE BEST soup i have drank in my life, thick and rich with flavour. Overall one of the best meals i have ever had in my life. Thank god for helping me find this absolute gem of a place. Am writing this review so i remember the food!

Great place if you wanna taste authentic traditional food. The only regret I have is that I wasn't hungry enough to try more dishes. I ate Goulash soup which was delicious and a traditional dessert. The service was great as well. The waiter was friendly, pleasant and when my husband said he liked the sauce, the waiter gave him a jar as a present! It's so sweet!! It's definitely highly recommended to visit! Come hungry as you'll want to try a lot of dishes here!

We had the beef goulash here and it was fantastic, the meat basically fell apart when I put my fork into it! This restaurant has a very cosy feel, it’s a gem of a place ☺
