My favourite italian restaurant.
Lot of vegetarian options. Dietary options are also available (zoodles and whole grain too) and kids menu, cocktails, etc.
Very cozy and nice atmosphere.
The vapiano tea is very good too!
Fast service, everything is fresh and very good quality, even the pasta is self made by vapiano.

It had a nice modern remodel. There's McDonald's style order stalls and QR code at the tables for ordering. Also the outdoors seating area is pleasant in the summer, however the relatively big traffic and tram is quite noisy. Overall a recommend.

Awesome place to eat Italian food and that varieties..little upscale but it is worth..
You will get a card which you can use to eat what ever and then u pay at the end to the counter.
Also they have fresh basil leaves on each table which you can pluck and eat with the dish..
Its a wow place..

A calm place to take your lunch. Maybe the prices are higher a little but the quality is a little better then elsewhere, and you also can request from a daily menu for lower price. The amount of the meal is much more I can eat, the quality is one of the highest. I've also learnt some of their recepies due they are making it right before me. I was also able to modify the paramters during the cooking process.
I'm absolutely satisfied. Thank you!

They have amazing Pizzas and Pastas.
They are open till 11.00 PM
They also have Salad counters.
They have 1 pizza counter and 3 pasta counters.
Its huge place so finding place to sit is not problem what takes time is queues for giving order.
Its a self service place.
They give cards per person which u need to swipe while giving order and pay accordingly when u leave.

Very good pizza, easy service, regular prices. I have eaten here plenty of times.

The restaurant is self-service, so you don't need to talk to anyone, which is always good if you don't speak Hungarian. The prices are decent and pizza was good they have free olive oil and basil on each table. You have to order coffee on the separate counter though

Nice pizzas and the cafe section is cozy with good coffee and desserts. Very crowded during lunchtime every day.

From the moment I walked in I felt like I was at home, the open kitchen concept was a delight to watch as the chefs prepared out dishes fresh in front of us. The menu at Vapiano offers a wide variety of Italian disches. I opted for a Pasta Cogne, and it was hands down of the best MEALS I’ve ever had. The pasta was perfectly cooked, and the cognac-cream tomato sauce was fresh and very tasty. The staff at Vapiano was friendly and patient. They ensured that our dining experience was top-notch. They served the meal really quick. My dish arrived hot and beautifully presented. In terms of value for money, Vapiano offers great quality at reasonable prices considering the fresh and high quality ingredients and the overall dining experience. I will defenetly be returning to Vapiano for another memorable meal soon.

Everytime… and I do mean everytime we visit Budapest we visit Vapiano. We usually visit the restaurant on Bécsi út, because it is less crowdy, easily accessible with public transportation. It is clean, we love the food and I do recommend it to all who like pasta, pizza and salads.

Really friendly and professional staff, tasty food with a fair price, several condiments and seats available (both outside and inside).

Lovely restaurant, good atmosphere, very tasty food.

Food is always good here. Love the tomato soup and the zoodles. These are a healthy and gluten free version of pasta, basically zucchini spaghetti, and you can order them with basically any pasta topping.

The only drawback for me that this place went a little bit high regarding the prices. We ate 2 soups, a salad and a zoodles pasta and paid more than 11 K HUF, which I find a little too expensive for a fast food restaurant even with such crazy inflation that you see in Hungary.

Been Vapiano for many years and never disappointed... :) I don’t understand ppl who said the slow service, when I’m here it is always fast!

Best restaurant I ever been to in Budapest. Very good food and lots of good seats. The price is cheaper than a lot of places I been to and is definitely not a tourist trap. Worth every single cent and should definitely be given a visit.

Stopped by this place twice during my time in Budapest. Having never been to a restaurant of it's kind, I was a little confused at first but quickly got the idea. It's a self service / buffet style almost. You get a card when you walk in and then you swipe it each time you order from one of the chefs. It's so damn efficient. And unlike a buffet, you get to decide how much you want to spend. Good prices and very friendly staff. I definitely recommend it.
