Kredenc Cafe & Delicatesse

A nice and welcoming location. Here you are able to sit on the street but not on the main road, so it feels clean and relaxing. We had some sandwiches and a glass of local sparkling wine before getting our train to leave Budapest. The staff were friendly and helpful and it gave us a nice last memory of our trip.

Loved this place for our breakfasts. Found it on the first morning, and we went back everyday of our holiday in Budapest. Staff were lovely and music being played was different each day.

We stopped here for a late breakfast. The Servers all spoke excellent English. We ordered 3 “pies” that were kind of like a small Calzone. We got the Mozzarella and Tomatoes, Hungarian Sausage and cheese, and Ham and Cheese. My 12 yo really enjoyed the the ham and cheese.

Pleasantly surprised by this little cafe right in the city centre and great value too. Raspberry smoothie refreshing, chai tea lovely. It's the carrot cake that stood out from other cafes. Warm and instead of typical icing, it's topped with chocolate then icing sugar flakes. Great atmosphere, mellow music in the background. Perfect place to chill or for a break between sightseeing.

Delicious handmade pie, baguette and panini. Friendly staff, very welcoming. Would come again!

Sweet little Cafe place - they got everything from great espresso, good wine to croissant, scrambled eggs and cold plates and all freshly made. We spent the morning here and loved it. So authentic, cute and delicious. Breakfast, lunch or a bit for dinner, all possible here 😊

There is no toilet there for customers and the ingredients of the meal are not clear!! My friend ordered a tomato sandwich with mozzarella, but there was some meat in the sandwich, and my friend is a vegetarian

We loved this place! Simple and delicious homemade food. We had breakfast/lunch here a few times - the coffee, omelettes, pies and baked goods are delicious! Reasonably priced, family run - it doesn't get better than this! :)

This gem in Budapest is not far from Voros Marty Ter in the heart of Budapest. Wonderful decor and the food and Coffe are also delightful. This cafe is nestled near the ceramic shops Herend, Zsolnay and Ajka. There are some lovely fountains to see while dining outside. One is Herend and the other Zsolnay. Stop in for a Coffe some food or some pastry items. The staff are quite welcoming and will be sure that you are happy.

A Very beautiful and unique bistro. Relaxing jazz style music. Great coffee and sweets. The owner is a real gentleman willing to assist you with everything. Magical atmosphere with a spectacular view on the park. Worth to pay a visit..

It is definitely a place worth a visit if you looking for a place for a breakfest. Really great scrambled eggs and what´s more, perfect service. All and all, plessant experience.

Its a really beautiful and cozy bistro in Joszef square,we had 2 coffees and a hot sandwich,they have also a lot of wines,the lady was very kind and welcoming and helped my girlfriend for a specific thing,just beautiful,thanks a lot again 🙏🙏🙏,if you find yourself in Budapest you should definitely visit it.❤

Very cute café with great hot chocolates!

Stopped here for a late lunch and although they didn't have the sandwich I was looking for they made one specially for me. I also had their carrot cake which was very tasty and possibly one of the best coffee in Budapest (the barista was Italian!) Reasonably priced for the city, located in a quieter corner of Budapest, this is one fine café.

This is the smallest treasure we find in Budapest. Breakfasts were delicious . The people here amazing the give us informations about everything without even ask them! The best coffe we have!
Absolutely you have to try it!!
