Wow - just wow! A wonderful lady named Edit helped me with sending packages to the US. While she worked with me to fill out customs and tracking forms, we had the best conversation about space exploration and Brooklyn. She was fluent in English and several other languages (from what I could tell, German and Russian). I’ve never had a better experience at a post office - I literally left smiling! I hope she is given the credit she deserves. Hungarian Posta - are you listening? You have a true gem in Ms. Edit!

Really excellent service and good value postage. I can easily say this is the best service I have had in Budapest. One of the clerk's spoke very good English too. I'm a happy customer!

We went there to buy stamps and even if the lady at the counter didn't speak English well, she was very helpful despite the language barrier. She was smiling all the time and we found it very encouraging.

Super friendly postoffice lady. 10/10 customer service. Didn’t get her name but I know she last went to London in 1995!

I give this place 5 stars. The cue Kiosk has English language menu. The best branch of post office in Budapest I have been to so far. Speak excellent English. Very helpful information and I can ask questions about what type of stuff that is not acceptable to send on mail oversea. I am very satisfied. Unlike many smaller branch of Post office in Budapest. This place is very organized.

A classic post office, not a whole lot to share. As opposed to some other locations with '70s-looking styles (which is also nice sometimes), this office has a modern layout, having been refurbished only a few years ago. Staff is typically friendly and helpful, and I've found overall service to be quite quick most of the time. If you hate waiting, buy some lottery tickets and win a few millions before getting your turn. :)

I think it's unfair that this post office gets so many 1* reviews. I guess there are unhappy customers and they are the ones who usually review in anger. But out of all BP offices I've been to, this one is by far the best organized and with the shortest queues. Only waited more than 3 minutes to pay some bills once in 4 years.

들어가서 있는 기계에 원하는 업무를 누르고 대기표를 받는 시스템입니다. 남자 직원 분이 친절하게 도와주셨습니다. 불친절하다는 리뷰가 많아서 걱정했는데 빠르게 처리하고 좋았습니다.

Nagyon nagyon kedves, segítőkész és aranyos volt a hölgy, akihez kerültem, eddigi legkedvesebb postai élményem.

A dolgozókkal semmi probléma.

Le monsieur qui m'a renseigné était très serviable et compétent. Ils étaient encore ouverts 3min avant l'heure de fermeture indiquée.
