Nemo Fish & Chips & Salad Bar

Very nice restaurant near Mammut Mall.

The hostess spoke English and was very friendly and welcoming.

We ordered the Fish & and chips, which was prepared to order and freshly fried.

The atmosphere is very casual, but the food is delicious and the price is reasonable.

I'd seen this place so many times, but was hesitant to visit because of it's name. It's in the foodie street right next to Mammut. So glad I finally checked their menu because it's not just Fish & Chips. It was a chilly Saturday afternoon, but we decided to sit outside. The service is quick & friendly and the food is delicious. You have to give this place a try.

We had ordered the Nemo Lemonade which had Lime & Ginger in it and the Tapas Platter which was crusty bread with diced tomatoes and an Aubergine dip that tasted like Baba Ganoush with Mayo(may sound weird, but it was good). After that we ordered the Gamberoni & Spaghetti aglio e olio with prawns(shrimp) which were very good as well.

Definitely going back.

The "fish&chips&salad" does not do justice to this place! They have a wide variety of fish and dishes you can choose from, and the staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. We had tuna and black code with salad and fried veggetables, and their special Nemo lemonade. This is a great place to have lunch or dinner!

The service is amazing, professional and attentive, the food is great. Had the fish and chips which was perfect, with 2 different kind of sauce. The dessert was also simply perfect.

Perfect fish restaurant I've ever had in Budapest. Strongly recommend you! 🐟 Wife and I had a baby octopus 🐙 and fish & chips. Honestly speaking, they were many time better than the dishes we had in London. Kind staff, nice food, good atmosphere. What more can I say? :)

Very good fried calmari. My girl says that that they were the best calmari she had so far. I had a fish soup, also very good.

The service was outstanding! We came late - after 10 pm - and these lovey people agreed to serve us food. The food was delicious. We had truffle mashed potato, Nemo wrap, and Salmon Wrap 🤤 Staff was super nice and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Nice place, delicious food, a wide range of dishes and drinks. Friendly and helpful staff. Had a great time at family dinner. There are both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, a menu for children. I want to note the absolute customer focus. Celebrated a birthday, received a nice gift from the staff. I plan to visit in the future. I recommend everyone to visit.

What a gem ! Who would have expected a memorable seafood feast in a Budapest basement?! We visited on 15.01.22 for a casual dinner, having found Nemos more by chance. It was surprisingly not busy despite it being a Sat evening. Our meals were made fresh and promptly - salmon steak with chips, spaghetti with chilli prawns and gambas pil pil - and were devoured. My only regret is that we found Nemos on our last night in the city as I would have returned to try the more adventurous options.

Best fresh fish in Budapest, many choices, so nicely prepared. Definitely recommend. And wonderful location, very nice outdoor seating on pedestrian street.

Very nice place with friendly waiters and excellent dood

Nice surprise! Rustic style restaurant in a semi-basement, with rough white walls and an open kitchen. We had a delicious fresh fish platter, good value at 13000ft for three, washed down with hosszú lépés rosé. Good service and an attentive manager!/owner. My friend's cappucino had a pretty apple picture on it.
Recommended!

Their pasta ala olia with prawns is delicious, you should try!

I was craving fish & chips and this place was a great find. The fish is always fresh and the chips are cooked just right. Friendly service staff always delivers the food when it's nice and hot. Fun selection of beer and the house limonade is delicious.
