Cat Cafe

Must see if you love cats. Just sit back with a coffee/tea and a little something to snack on... Then just wait and see if a sweet kitty will join you. If you need a little something extra, kitty themed cocktails are really nice. Just have patience and you will be rewarded.

As soon as we found out there was a cat cafe, we had to visit. Yes, we have cats at home, but it's still exciting. The cats are really well looked after and you can tell they have a special bond with the staff. There were loads of cat beds, towers, hiding places and even a rest room for the cats to retreat to, but most of them were happy sleeping on the towers. Can't comment on the food as we just had the raspberry and strawberry lemonade, but they were delicious.

Wasn't sure what to expect but was definitely pleasantly surprised. They had a bunch of different breeds of cats all very friendly. The cats all loved a little attention. The drinks were good and the food was good as well. Or kids loved playing with the cats some are really big too. We didn't need reservations but got busy as we were leaving.

Visited more than once, highly recommend.

Warm and cozy atmosphere.

The staff weren't too skeptical about the customers playing with the cats. The rules were pretty straightforward, not too complicated, and i loved how they were fully integrated with the whole cat theme. Even the coffee was cat themed!

The cats are rather shy but the cat coffee with nuttela was really delicious.
They also have lovely pallet couches with are super cozy.

The place is really charming, if you love cats you will love this place.

The only downside is the insane waiting times, there are very often long queues in the street in front of the entrance, we had to wait around 30 minutes outside before going inside.

However once inside, you won't regret!

This is definitely my favourite place in Budapest. I wish I had more time to stay in this beautiful cafe with its beautiful and kind staff.

This is such a cute little cat café in Budapest! Absolutely a must-visit if you’re here more than a couple of days in the city, you can have some great food and drinks while enjoying the company of a bunch of different breeds of cats! They even have a Maine coon cat (which is a BIG cat) and many others. There are three floors, the ground floor generally having the most cats, and the bottom level being the place where the cats can rest, and where the restrooms are. Oftentimes the cats are sleeping (because they sleep most hours of the day normally), but sometimes you’re lucky and many are awake and active. Also, there are some souvenirs as well! Be prepared to wait a bit - when we came in the afternoon, there was a line of at least 20 people at the door, but despite that, we only had to wait about 15 minutes before we were seated. Come check this place out if you like cats!!

I recently visited the cat cafe and had a great experience! The cafe was so cozy , and the cats were so cute. The staff were super friendly and made sure everyone was comfortable. The atmosphere was so relaxing and peaceful, and the cats just made it even better! I recommend trying out the pistachio cheesecake, it was delicious!Definitely a place to go to if you need to de-stress or just want to enjoy the company of some adorable cats!

On a recent trip to Vienna, my wife and I decided to do a quick side trip via train to Budapest, just to say we've been there. We only had a few hours and we used the bulk of that time to go visit the Cat Cafe Budapest. It was a very charming place with a friendly staff and great coffee. And lots of cats - very laid back cats. I was a little disappointed that we got seated upstairs and there weren't any cats up there, but it didn't prevent us from enjoying our visit. How many people can say they went to Budapest Hungary just to go have coffee with cats?

I absolutely loved this place! Gorgeous, chilled-out and friendly cats wandering around, sleeping on chairs, letting you stroke them etc. Such a lovely atmosphere in the cafe because everyone visiting is enchanted by the beautiful and well-cared for felines! The ginger one was my favourite - and he was the largest cat I've ever come across. Oh, and I can heartily recommend the white hot chocolate - delicious!

The cutest place in Budapest! The cats were super friendly and beautiful! Loved every second spent there! And the catuccino was sooooo good! It was all purrrrfect 🐈🐱

The atmosphere was amazing. The cats are very calm and let you pet them freely. You cannot pick them up (rule of the house). Being cats, they are mostly sleeping, but we were lucky to have one old kitty that played a little with us. There was another cat that did the "paw trick" with one girl from the staff. The café is filled with cat-themed decoration and cat trees. Very nice and amusing.
We only had an espresso so I cannot really advocate for the food.

Lovable service! Delicious cappuccino and sandwiches. So far the best cat cafe I've been to. Cats well-groomed, have a lot of space for themselves. We recommend it wholeheartedly. Greetings from Poland!!!

A chilled-out cafe with a friendly and calm cats. Instructions given in the entrance was extremely clear to not bother any sleeping cats or to take photos with flash etc. Staff are friendly too.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this Cat Cafe for the first time, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The cafe, which also serves nice variety of coffee, was a unique and charming establishment that left me feeling quite happy.

Upon entering the cafe, I was immediately greeted by the sight of several cats roaming around the space. One of the cats even came over to my table and sat with me until I finished my coffee. It was a lovely and unexpected interaction that added to the overall enjoyment of my visit.

We were in Budapest for the F1, so I figured I'd treat the wife to a visit here. Wow. We arrived at the right time. After we'd been seated and sanitised our hands, the queue was about 30 people long. Great staff, prices, and selection of drinks. The cats were fun, snooty, and inquisitive. Most importantly, the wife was absolutely thrilled. Recommended
