Just had coffee and cake but they were really nice... the atmosphere was comfortable... Will come back for dinner someday... the menu looks interesting... and I came back for dinner and it was amazing... the matured beef was nice, the duck was delicious... the live piano was our favourite... my daughter was mesmerised...

The staff are very friendly and great , the decor and asthetics are very high end , it belong to a movie scene.

The prices are very decent and a very good value for money , the sweets were very well down and the menu was vibrant and had multiple options

It was delicious and a pleasure to spend time in the beautiful interior of the 30s. The service is fast and pleasant. The desserts were delicious!

I order one salad and one main course. The salad is super. I am impressed the way the chef mix the salad and sauce. The main course is calamari cook in Italian style. But it is quite salt.

Stopped by this place while walking around Vienna in the middle of a heat wave. It was cooler to sit outside with a slight breeze and misting fans. That actually really helped with the heat. The place is in a good location right across from the Opera house. We sat down right when they first opened and were one of the only tables. Food was good. The fruit lemonade was excellent, light bubbly and refreshing.

A very classical and long-established coffeehouse with excellent service, reasonable prices, and live piano accompaniment, incredibly romantic.

Wonderful historic cafe with delightful cakes and the best hot chocolate I had in a while. The ambience is very classy with fin de sciecle vibes. There was very nice jazz music playing in the back. The staff was super friendly and quick. I enjoyed every minute of my stay!

Cant verbalize the awesomeness of this place completely... Fantastic staff, amazing food, good wine recommendations, beautiful interior and nice atmosphere. Somewhat pricy (compared to other Budapest restaurants, but mid range compared to most other places), but worth every Florint. I had a superb evening with my girlfriend, having a two cours meal composed of Hungarian Antipasti for starter, and Hungarian specialities for the main courses. The recommended Hungarian wine was a good choise by the waiter given our preferences. The waiter himself made it the perfect evening. Very highly recommended!

The staff are amazing and the service is great. The cocktails are so good and the portion size is also great.

Wonderful Budapest cafe next to the Opera. We enjoyed the Dobush torte and the Opera torte. Service was flawless!

To appreciate the beauty of Budapest you need to go here. Next to the opera. Excellent value.

Reading earlier reviews, was a bit suspicious.
Anyhow, me and my wife had a very nice evening. Staff was very friendly and nice. Food (meat and fish) very tasty, good portions.
With pianist during the meal, had enjoying evening.

Had a great spontaneous lunch at this place. Wanted to try the paprika chicken and the one here did not disappoint. Very good service too.

Probably the best restaurant I visited this year in Budapest. Great service, nice atmosfere, excellent food. Probably the best thing is the atmosfere that brings view of the Opera. One more time, a waiter is such a nice and polite young guy. Great work :)

Well I had the pleasure to come several nights to this place.
A great place to have a nice drink, watch the people going to the opera and find people from all over the world to have a nice conversation. But what I miss the most is the very nice and welcoming staff. Thank you

For vacations or bussines trip I would recomend this place to say goodbye to Budapest, is close to the center, service great and food tasty, the best part for me was the atmosphere of the place due the architecture of the place and the tasty dessert. Prices are not cheap but neither prohibitive, is worth it.

Beautiful place , drinks and food good . Price is not expensive 😌
