Very authentic Hungarian restaurant. We were the only tourists in the restaurant. One of the waiters were able to talk to us and explain the menus in English which was great because we were a dumb tourists who don't understand a word in Hungarian LOL.

Beer was cheap and the food is reasonably priced . If you are in the neighborhood, I totally recommend it.

We had 2 plates and 2 big beers. Food was delicious (and in big portions), they have local hungarian dishes as well as other more mainstream. Beer was nice and fresh. The staff was friendly and we were able to communicate. Overall, I recommend it 100% :)

Very tasty food, a huge selection of Hungarian specialities. Big portions and kind, welcoming staff. When I'm in Budapest, I always visit this cosy little restaurant with my family.

It was our first night in Budapest and this is recommended by the hotel staff, which is a great suggestion! Staff are very accommodating and the restaurant is nicely decorated. Can't put down my fork once I started eating because it's so good! Will visit again!

This was our first time here but not the last. They agreed on a last time reservation and we get the best. The Sour Cherry Pálinka with Honey is unforgettable.

Staff was very kind, very delicious hungarian food! Waiter made the desserts himself because the kitchen was closed so we appreciated that very much! We sadly forgot to tip him for his kindness :/

Its a super hungarian Restaurant. Food is very good and authentic. The portions are big and the prices reasenoable. The Staff is awesome, some speak german and I assume english aswell. Would recommend it.

Old school Hungarian style restaurant with authentic Hungarian food, for me the absolute favourite to bring any guests to introduce them the Hungarian cuisine. Great service and large selection of Hungarian spirits. Highly recommended 👌

We just ate "bableves", but it was super delicious.

The only reason for the 4 in atmosphere was because there was a group of drunk men one table over that were annoying, not the restaurant's fault.
