Bálna Budapest underground parking

Best parking in Budapest. Price is reasonable and inside is very spacious. We parked here for the entire time when we at Budapest.

Easy in and out. Great location. Good restaurants on first floor. Highly recommended pit stop.

We stayed in Budapest for 3 nights, and left our car in the garage. We entered the garage, and there was a security who we approached for paying better price (~10000 HUF) for 3 nights (instead of paying hourly rate of 400 HUF). We expected they would not know English, so we wrote a note on paper: 3 nights (from-to). They were helpful and were able to understand what we wanted. Also, yhe tram station is just outside the garage so iy was very easy to reach our hotel near the Chain bridge. Definitely suggest doing the same if you are visiting Budapest by car, staying longer and do not have a dedicated parking place.

We arrived last Friday at about 11 pm and left our car until Sunday morning. We said that we wanted a full-day payment (2800 HUF per day) but we did not exchange money and it was a late night. Without any trouble, they tell us to pay when we get for the car and we did it. Everything was great.

It is a nice secure parking price is about 0.9€. I visited Budapest for a walk and a lunch so needed some parking that is close from highway and close to Danube and I found it. Highly recommend.

Nice little shopping centre on the edge of the river. There's a row of cocktail bars and places to eat with great views. I went to the bar at the end, there's some grass outside and they had some deck chairs out (can't remember the name). Sat and drank cocktails as the sun went down behind the mountain. Looked amazing.

Question for owners: How much will uninterrupted parking cost 3.5 days (82 hours)? 350 forints per hour or daily fee?

What is parking office working time?

Nice, big and clean parking lot. The price is about 350HUF, cash/card is accept. If you go to central market, this a good choice for you.

Beautiful building fusing the old and new. It houses some cafés and bars with nice views on the Danube, and has an exhibition hall up top. This was the old fish market back in the day.

2500 Ft. / 1 day. You must ask the receptionist though so theres no machine selling a 1 day ticket. But it is a very spacious and clean underground parking. 20 minutes by foot from the city center.

Interesting combination of old warehouse buildings and a great glass structure with a gorgeous view to Buda and to the Danube.

It is also the scene for many movie sets, like the NASA HQ in The Martian or the Seine concert scene of Spy.

Huge complex with neat architecture, they call this building the whale 🐋 there is a great beer bar at the end called Jonah's which ties the theme together nicely.

I can always find a free place here. The first hour is free, after that it is 350 Ft each hour started. There is nothing much above in the shopping mall, besides one or two restaurants

We parked car for 3 days and had a great time in Bucharest.

First hour is free, almost in the middle of the city. Due to the fact that the Bálna is almost empty, shops are closing down, you have a high chance to find a free place whenever you need.

The building is really interesting and a lot of small shops inside ! We went there for a small but nice exhibition

Great parking near town centre. Clean and spacious. De Market Hall and shopping district are near by.

Exciting architecture, lovely contemporary art stores are located in the cellar.

A bit harder to get there, than I expected by walk, but this is a little paradise for a casual coffee.

Good location, the price is acceptable. There were many free slots.
