VIVINA Café - coffee, brunch & more

Marvelous place in Budapest. Staff is really nice and helpfull. Good atmosphere, with lot of multicultural clients. I tried the traditional babka and loved it, also the latte was really good. My friends had the omelet and loved it also. We had just arrived, and choose this place for our first brunch, and we weren't disappointed

Initially planned to get breakfast at Zoo Caffe but they got free tables only on 29th February and you need to make reservation :/

When i went back to where i came from I saw this place. The staff seemed to be friendly so I decided to get breakfast there.

The food was delicious, I ordered a toasted bread with grilled vegetables and matcha tea.

They even helped me with directions, how to take the bus to airport and where to buy bus tickets.

This place is deaf friendly, definitely would come again there if I visit Budapest in the future. ❤

My favorite place in Budapest for coffee and breakfast. The food is delicious, coffee is very good, the waiters are very nice and the owner is the best: a very well travelled man who will welcome you to his shop and have a great conversation.
You won’t regret visiting this place.

We did not have a lunch so I found this place and we went for a brunch and it was absolutely amazing! The staff was so nice, we want to say big thanks again and when you visit Budapest go to visit this place as well! ❤

The food was amazing: surprising shakshouka, perfectly cooked eggs benedict 🥰 Coffee is top notch - I had a cortado 👌 my husband's flat white was 💪 and my friends enjoyed foamy cappuccinos!

Wow! We coincidentally found this beautiful cafe and came back on our last day. The coffee is extremely good, the food tastes amazing and is very creatively composed. The service was perfect at all times, they even recognised us and remembered what we had a couple of days earlier.

Best café I tried during 2 weeks in Budapest. And I'm not just referring to the goodness of the coffee☕ (which after having lived in Colombia and Costa Rica I can confirm is REALLY good quality) and I'm not even referring to a crazy sandwich like the Serrano Cheddar🥪, but I'm mainly referring to the kindness, humility and good soul of the owners, exquisite people! who welcomed me with a smile and asked me if I had enjoyed everything (which in Budapest, unfortunately, is a rare thing). The food is delicious and pretty cheap, the place is clam and has a really nice terrace. The waiter is so nice and speaks perfect english.
The chocolate babka is just AMAZING.

We tried this restaurant on a pleasant Monday morning in November; eggs benedict and 3 egg omelette; americano and filter coffee.

All the food was really amazing. The eggs benedict was perfect. And as for the filter coffee (a V60 brew), I’ve never had a coffee that tasted so much like the original coffee bean it was brewed from.

A perfect place for a brunch or an afternoon coffee. They serve speciality coffee, and all ingredients of the dishes are quality. The service is kind and welcoming. Take a seat at the terrace if possible, and enjoy the city center

A good place to brainstorm about a novel idea or just have a pesceful hour with a mug of hot beverage and a sweet dessert. Also, it is not a bad place to do some studying, coding or an assignment. 👩‍💻 A great environment hanging around with friends and family or doing a little self-date. ❤ Alwalys a pleasure to visit and enjoy the atmosphere that feels like being at Luke's or Central Perk. 🤗

HIGHLY UNDERRATED! BRILLIANT brekkie/brunch/vegan/egg white omelette/sourdough/staff/location/pricing! This seems like a local’s spot rather than one tourists would go to - which made it all the more appealing.

After trying various cafes in Budapest particularly for coffee, most fell flat despite being “speciality”. Vivian Cafe serve legit speciality coffee from Ethiopia/Rwanda/South America. Their tiny cafe is filled with rug sacks of coffee beans from all over the world.

Don’t miss their batch brew, we ended up doubling our order - it takes a few minutes longer, as it should. If you’re a coffee snob, you’ll appreciate this cafe.

They’re super accommodating of dietary restrictions too — although an egg white omelette/scramble isn’t on the menu, they made a fantastic one for me, with grilled veggies.

The oat meal is to die for - ultimate comfort food & that dollop of espresso paste on top took us to heaven!

The owners and the chefs are incredibly nice, genuine, and go to lengths to ensure you get fed what you want.

The cafe is tucked away in a very charming neighbourhood with old buildings, specially lovely for a weekend morning cuz it makes everything slow & east rather than buzzing/noisy/busy.

I can’t praise this cafe and quality of coffee & food enough!

Incredibly delicious coffee, calm, cozy atmosphere. I wasn't hungry, so I didn't take any food, but I'm sure it's delicious here

A lovely and cozy cafe in a very quite location in the Budapest center, the cafe is amazing taste, the breakfast is super delicious with reasonable price, the staff is of super great help, thanks to vivien for smiling face and service.

I wanted to give 4 stars however ,The breakfast was delicious ,both sandwiches and vivina Benedict were yum.but the juice was very bad .
