Great spot for authentic Hungarian food. They also offer a few really nice pasta dishes. All very high quality and fairly priced. This was one of the best dining experiences we had in Budapest.

Really delicious Hungarian food! We were recommended by our walking tour guide, we didn’t make a booking but were able to walk in (group of 6) for 5pm.

Would highly recommend the garlic cream soup and the goulash.

We LOVED this restaurant so much! ❤ I have really wanted to come check them out for a long time and I had such a great time here! The service was very kind, attentive and quick, we got our food within like 10-15 minutes after ordering and it was almost full-house! The dishes were phenomenal, I highly recommend the pulled lamb with Moroccan spices, it was so good! We loved the desserts too. The prices are reasonable considering the portion sizes. I suggest making a reservation in advance. I will definitely come back here, highly recommend!

FAVORITE RESTAURANT IN BUDAPEST. I was lucky to get a table here for lunch without a reservation, especially for a party of 9, including a disabled family member and 2 children (4 and 7 years old). This is a high end restaurant offering a variety of options but mainly Hungarian cuisine. Everything we tried here had an amazing quality and food was fresh. Something I had never seen before in a restaurant was the amazing acoustics thanks to fancy soundproof walls which were both elegant and at the same time allowed for us to hear the great restaurant’s music but at the same time able to hear each other easily without back noise from other tables. Service was great with waiters taking care of us at all times and food was delivered fast and at the right temperature. Restrooms were fancy and clean. Very good with kids which in my opinion is rare in Europe. Location is in the middle of the fancy design district with famous designers nearby. Overall, amazing food, ambience and service which turned out to be very inexpensive since we paid €180 for our whole party of 9 including 3 desserts and alcoholic beverages.

The entire experience was very pleasant. We sat outdoors and waiter was brilliant but the service was slightly slow. The food tasted incredibly good. The duck risotto was very very good and I highly recommend it. Garlic lovers should go for the garlic soup. Good value for money.

Despite that reservation is mandatory as the place is early full packed, the lady at the reception was really nice and provided us with a table for four with minimum wait at time 7pm.
The service was friendly, quick and very helpful. Menu is supported by QR code with photos.
We selected goulash and garlic soups, grilled duck with risotto parmesan, duck with gnocchi, beef with onion rings and beef stew with spaetzle.
Amazing dishes with big portions. All together with four glasses of wine cost of 100€.

Exquisite Hungarian food served in a great atmosphere. I very much enjoyed the Beef consumée soup, duck breast risotto, and the pork medallions with mustard on fried bread. Must try!

Good location, large restaurant with retro interior in three separate rooms, many tables. we didn't have a reserved table, even though it was full, the friendly waiters found us a place. The service is very fast, we've got our orders after five minutes. Note 12% service charge is included . We've ordered

Very good restaurant, the price is great compared to the quality and space they offer. Very chic and the service is 10. The food is even better, well served and delicious. I highly recommend it if you're visiting or passing through Budapest.

Friday night at 9 pm, the place was packed, prompting us to return on Monday. Fortunately, we snagged a table without a reservation. The cuisine was delectable, and the prices surprisingly reasonable, even beating those at the Christmas market. Highly recommended.

Grilled duck breast with risotto and Hungarian goulash soup were really nice and not too salty. The price was also reasonable.

The best place in Budapest! Just joking, but the food and atmosphere are really good. Can recommend. Also if you want to be sure to have a table, reserve beforehand.

This place was actually really good! Did not manage to get a reservation bc it was full online but we walked in around 7pm and managed to get a table after around 15mins. Staff were really nice and told us to chill at the bar and informed us when a table freed up!

Even thou I was quite skeptical initially despite the good ratings overall, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food!

We had a duck breast risotto and pork loin steak with potato cooked in duck fat for the mains as well as a garlic cream soup + apple strudel pie I think.

The duck was the star for me, it was tender and the corners were crisp and charred without being over cooked. The rissotto added a nice touch too 🤤 the pork loin was pretty good too and went well with the deep fried potato!

Overall, a super nice place that I would recommend all my friends and family who visit Budapest!

Went for dinner on my first night in Budapest. Great place, the most amazing food with good vegetarian options, very friendly staff and such an amazing vibe for the festive season. Highly recommend the cream of garlic soup and the sweet potato main dish.

The food was actually quite good. I got as many local dishes as I could and I really enjoyed every single one. However, since this place is a bit popular it’s better if you book a table the day before. I had to wait for 30 minutes in the park outside because there was a line with people waiting to have their lunch. If you are visiting for the first time and you haven’t booked a table it’s still worth the wait.

It was one of saved restaurants in Budapest, and i’m satisfied.

I tried Goulash, it was better than I thought, it’s good to with bread and not too salty!

Goat cheese was fascinating! It’s flavorful and richness.
Gnocchi was not bad but the duck breast overdone a bit.

The staffs also friendly and passionate!

I took a reservation with 2 days in advanced because I read that it is a very popular restaurant and we wanted to have a table for sure.
They have quite a varied menu and I chose to serve something traditional and I was absolutely not disappointed. The meat was soft and tasty, and the garnish was good, a little bit unsalty but this is just my opinion.
They also have a very varied menu of wines and we took a sauvignon blanc, which was good.
The staff was very kind and I had nothing to complain about it.
The restaurant is beautiful and casual, with a heated outside terrace.
I recommend this restaurant with confidence.

Great cocktails! Delicious food! Good service! It’s a must when you visit Budapest. The duck liver was amazing, also the Wellington was a great dish.

The most tasty food in Budabest, to be honest the only one. Must eat: chicken breast coated in crispy parmesan-truffle,schnitzel and duck breast!! I totally recommend it!!

Food was so good that we visited twice a day. Beef stew, pulled lamb, pork, eggplant, everything was on point. Even did a takeaway beef stew for the brunch next morning. 100% would recommend
