A wonderful friendly place with great staff, that's hard to find in many places. The pizzas are top class, the dough is fresh and light and the pizzas have the right amount of toppings. The pasta also is divine.

Well worth a visit, this is why it's so popular.

Very tasty food. One of the best steaks i've eat in ny life. Good tired waiters. A little expensive, but worth it. The only disadvantage - tabels too close to each other, very hard to sit and to get out.

Oh my god! I had never had such a tasty pizza before! Two nights in a row we went to this Italian restaurant. Both nights I ordered pizza and pasta. This food is purely art! 100% recommend them!

I love this place. Been here twice before. Perfect location for eating al fresco. The food is great, I highly recommend the Seafood Spaghetti. The wine is really good. I had 3 glasses of the Chianti Classico Castello di Querceto, which was easy drinking. And finally the service was amazing. Our waiter Norbi was really friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back again.

We stopped here for lunch and had the bolognaise tagliatelle and margarita pizza - they were both delicious. Very good food. Service was excellent, Eveline was very attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

The food in this restaurant is just AMAZING. I ordered sea food pasta and it was so tasty. So far the best Italian pasta in Budapest. They have good variety of pasta dishes and cocktails.
The weakest point was their Tiramisu (Pistachio is good but too sweet/ the classic was not that good)

Actual Italian restaurant. The pizza is as Italian as it gets, outside Italy! Staff was fast, polite and pleasant despite the heavy workload. Definitely is worth paying a visit

After a quick search on Google for a last minute meal we chose this place based on its menu and reviews, we we’re very impressed.
The food was so good, from where we sat we could see our meals being freshly prepared. Very tasty food, big portions and the staff are very friendly and polite, happy with the price, small service charge at the end however I think this is how most restaurants operate here in Budapest, myself and my finance would return!.

The best italian restaurant in Budapest. You have a feeling that you are in Italy. The chef (pizza maker) mr. Milaim Perquku came in person to ask about the quality of the pizza. ☺ 🇮🇹

A nice Italian restaurant with very good food. We ordered two pastas and a pizza and they well all great.. The prizes were normal.. If you're looking for an Italian restaurant it's a very good option..

Best spaghetti in town, but oh my, walking into Amici Miei and encountering the owner almost makes it not worth it. The owner is quite an intimidating presence - I've worked in a maximum security prison for 15 years, and he's one of the most unique individuals I've ever seen. His skin has a very peculiar texture. It's hard to describe, but it's as if he used to have a coat of fur that's since fallen off. The spaghetti is excellent, but visiting the place feels like entering a haunted house. I recommend opting for delivery. His eyes are so dark, they remind me of a shark's, and when I see him, I can almost hear the Jaws theme playing in my head. Then he appears and says,
"Welcome to Amici Miei! What can I get you?" It's a bit unsettling.
I've heard he's a nice guy, but it's hard to shake off the first impression. Have you noticed the unusual number of missing cat posters around Budapest? It's peculiar. Of course, there's no evidence, but it's an odd coincidence. Despite all, the spaghetti is unmatched. Definitely a 5-star experience.

Every time I coming to Budapest I visit this place. The waiters are very friendly. The food always are healthy and fresh. Very good location behind the Corvin Mall.

Had a very good meal here. Everything was good - Calelloni, Pizza, Risotto and Pizza dough covered seafood pasta. Very fresh and tasty and plentiful. Nice and engaging friendly owner serving and speaking with everyone. Very nice atmosphere. Good value.

The employees are talking Italian to each other and the one helping me had difficulties with Hungarian and English, but he managed to take ma pre-order. The signature pizza is great, I really liked the cheese and the mushrooms on it. This place seemed quite empty relative to the neighboring restaurants at lunchtime. They have good looking Italian desserts as well, but I did not have a chance to try them

I absolutely love this restaurant.
I stay over here for work for weeks at a time and have an apartment in the same area and it's always great to go for food here!
