Where do I even start?..

Me and my friends have been in quite a few places in Budapest as we are restaurant crazy and tapas maniacs, but *n o n e* have been like this one! Both food and service wise!

First of all, I would really like to thank Balázs for his amazing hospitality, his skills are at a premium casual venue level! :) Very attentive and friendly, knows the menu well and how to sell it even more well! Good recommendations, I could also hear other tables next to us being very satisfied.

Now, the food.. the food was really, really good, well cooked and seasoned, we tried so many dishes and enjoyed allll of them! I cannot recommend enough the pan fried duck liver with green apple and white wine caramel, the oxtail with duck liver sauce, salmon tartare, and pan roasted squid were the highlight of it all! Those dishes are perfection! We tried quite a few more and we were delighted! Desserts were the literal cherry on top, we couldn’t be more satisfied! Their sangria is really good too! :)

Everything is also very fairly priced, anyone could go and enjoy top notch quality food and service.

You guys are doing this right!

We ordered Fried Eggplant with cheese, Selected olives, Pan fried duck liver with green apple white wine caramel, Veal cheeks with mashed potato, Serrano ham 12 months old and a bottle of Aragonia selection especially. Veal cheeks were perfect combination with the wine. My favorite was Duck liver and my wife's favorite was fried Eggplant. But all food was very delicious and wine was great as well.

Loads of gluten free & vegetarian options. Food was so delicious I'm still thinking about it. Even had gluten free bread hot from the oven.

Upgraded service and feelings in the restaurant were excellent. Expect a double cost than other fancy restaurants in the area.

If you have a lover with you, she will be happy sitting in there.
I had a duck leg but was too much boiled. She was happy with her choice.

Excellent food with amazing service and beautiful ambient. Surprise yourself with chef menu, we did it and had amazing food for a reasonable price, definitely great value for money. Keep up a good work guys!

Amazing restaurant to visit!
I was there a year ago and still can't forget the aromas and special tastes.
I recommend the duck in pear sauce, and ox tail was so delicious!!!
I am so hyped about this restaurant that i came there the next day
And look at me now! Im writing this review even though i haven't been there a year!!!
But this place is a must to visit. I encourage you to do so if you got tongue and teeth!

It's a nice Spanish-themed restaurant in the busy square of Kálvin tér. Their menu is made of tapas, so it's best for sharing them, including vegetarian, meat and seafood options. They have some Spanish desserts and drinks as well, such as the flan and sangria. The atmosphere is spot-on with the decoration and the music, the servers are attentive and kind, and the food is always delicious and nicely presented. We will keep coming back.

Loved the food, atmosphere and service! We tried multiple tapas and all were delicious. One I would highly recommend is the Chorizo en vino tinto.

Excellent food and great service. I believe the entire staff is great, but our waiter was phenomenal. It was as if we had traveled back in time to Spain. We will definitely come again next time.

Great food, great place, the service avarage with quiet tired waitresses, however it is a lovely place. The food and wines are just amazing.

Spanish breeze.. A wonderful Spanish restaurant that fascinates with its tapas.
I especially love their wine sausages! (the dessert was also very fresh and good.)

Tried various restaurants in Budapest and this is the best one I’ve been. The foods are fresh and super tasty. Staffs are also nice. Strongly recommend. I will definitely go there again during my next stay in Budapest.

The start of our culinary journey through Budapest started with Spanish as a Lunch after a 4 hours drive.
First time tapas for most of us, I can only speak for myself but as always I loved the tapas - tho the portions are fairly small and pricey. But hey that’s big city food.

We enjoyed a truly delicious dinner here with good service. There are a LOT of options on the menu and plenty of choices for those who eat vegetarian or gluten free.
The prices were really fair and the portions were nice sized for tapas. We will definitely be back!

There are several restaurants of Pata Negev, and this is more casually-look Spanish restaurant than the one close to Andrássy street.

My husband and I found this place with a quick search for lunch. My husband is GF so we wanted to make sure he could eat. The restaurant had all the allergens labeled on the menu and had warm GF bread.

Plan on returning before our trip is over!

I just love this place! The food is very authentic and delicious! The vibe is like in Spain. One of my favourite places in Budapest! The passion fruit mouse is the best!

The best Spanish tapas restaurant in Budapest. Garlic spinach with Serrano ham, duck breast with apples, sautéed shrimps, roasted squids were perfectly cooked. The desserts, Catalan cream and Chocolate mousse were heavenly. Excellent service in a cozy atmosphere.🦑🦐

It is definitely an authentic Catalan culinary experience in the heart of Budapest. There is a wide range of different types of seafood as well as Iberian meat. The staff is very friendly and also really experienced.
