One of the best cafés I've been to. As an artist and a book lover, I really like the small details of the decor and how it's next to a book shop. The employees are kind. I really enjoy how I can smell the coffee from the book shop too. The only disappointing thing is that the place itself is a bit small. My favorite drinks are their hibiscus tea and hazelnut coffee. Their little cakes are amazing too. The apple cinnamon one is the best. If you want to study or just chill somewhere, I definitely recommend this place!

One of the best coffees I've had, also the enthusiasm of the staff help you go on a little coffee journey with every different coffee they have! I go there every time I'm in Budapest, the book about the coffee origins is very interesting

Located in a bookstore, as is with most Café Freis. Comfortable seating, wide and top quality selection, quick service. They also offer cakes and biscuits, which are of strong quality, as well.
A bit noisy, when some appliances are operated, however, this can just as much be part of the overall Café Frei experience as the interior or the products themselves.
Definitely recommended.

Finest coffees in town. I can recommend this venue. Every time when I go there I try another tasty coffee. Every coffee is great.

Delicious coffe and drinks. Cheap if you compare to Starbucks or Costa Coffee and the quality is pretty same.

The coffee is really, really good and the prices are excellent. It is not your usual coffee shop like Starbucks or Costa, it's better!
