Jamie Oliver's Italian Budapest

we reserved a table for lunch. The service was top notch. They asked us several times if everything was ok. it was a little weird.We ordered a pizza It was uniquely delicious and they even gave us fresh parmesan cheese. The food came quickly

We had dinner here on friday together with our two kids. The atmosphere was so chill and friendly. The waitresses kept smiling at us and were very helpful.

We ordered margarita pizza and icecream for the little one. Everything was very, very tasty.

My husband had the hot italian pizza which was very, very good.
If you choose to eat here, you have to taste the pizza.

I chose the beef lasagna. It had a special touch with rosemary on top. It was tasty.

For a sweet touch we had lemon tart and chocolate cake which were amazing.

All in all, get the pizza, do not forget the pizza. And... did i tell you about the pizza?

Food was absolutely incredible. Loved the lemonade options. It can get a bit pricy if you don’t pay attention to what you’re ordering but the food was very high quality

We had a perfect combination of atmosphere, food, service and music.
First of all, it was great that we were served in a very personal way by our waitress Eszter Compliments for the perfect service in a very professional manner. The food was of excellent quality and dishes all arrived at the same time and at the right temperature. I can say about the atmosphere, it was a pleasant temperature and the sound from the speakers sounded nice and full and not overpowering.
Sometimes all good things come together and that was with this restaurant. We'll be happy to come back.

This bustling eatery seems hidden behind construction barriers from the main touristic square in Budapest’s Castle District, but it is not! I easily walked here and had a great alresco lunch with the friendliest server I’ve ever had in Budapest named Csongor.

I wasn’t sure what to order so I started with both kinds of bruschetta, both on light and crispy toasted Italian bread. A proscuitto version with gorgonzola & buffala ricotta and toasted almonds was an appetizing explosion of sweet & savory flavors and textures. A more traditional tomato & fresh basil came drizzled with an aged balsamic reduction that hit the mark perfectly.

Csongor promptly brought a refreshing sparking San Pellegrino and a separate large glass of ice cubes so I could refresh my ice as needed. For wine he recommended an excellent Hungarian Chardonnay from the Eger uplands, St. Andrea Napbor.

For my main course, I shared that I needed to avoid certain foods so he steered me toward the special of the day - a pasta dish served with a truffled cream sauce and then he suggested adding grilled chicken. And in another sign of his service-orientation, Csongor brought me fresh tableware and napkins for my main course.

I finished with a Jamie’s Mojito, which is an interesting mix that Martini Bianco, Prosecco and agave. What a nice lunch - I’ll surely be back. Highly recommended!

It was a great lunch after a morning walk at the Fishermen’s Bastion. We liked our service and the food was wonderful!

It was a pleasant surprise to find Jamie Olivier's restaurant in the area I was visiting.
I was exhausted, craving a delicious and warm pasta. The service was great, the food was fantastic, and the restaurant had a good vibe.

The best food we ate in Budapest! The service was impeccable. They paid attention to our 3-year-old child, who was given pencils and coloring pages. Bali was the waiter who took care of us, and he was also awesome! When we return to Budapest, we will definitely return to Jamies Oliver's Restaurant. <3

I didn't know that Jamie has a restaurant in Budapest and I have never been before in one of his restaurants. Great Italian cuisine. Delicious lasagna, amazing tomato soup, tasty pizza... Service was great, ambient too. Can't wait to come back again :)

With the name and location comes extra price, however, expectations are quite high as well. All things considered I really enjoyed my dinner with friends here. We had pizzas so nothing fancy, but they were really good as what you would expect. To be fair prices were also fine in the context of location and brand. The atmosphere and service were great.

Delicious food and nice attention from the staff. We where for and we spend 75 euros for 1 Calzone, 1 pizza, 3 starters and a bottle of sparkling water.

Awesome place in the historic district of Budapest (on the Buda side) where the kitchen stays open a little later than some of the other eateries here. I had the caprese, my wife had the Cesar salad and both were amazing. The tomatoes tasted like candy they were so sweet! The cheese was perfect and the basil pesto added just that little bit. Our server was also awesome, he recommended a local Hugarian Syrah that was perfect as well!!! He was very personable and pointed put a few places we should check out before we left Budapest. The ambiance is also top notch, it's large and open eith indoor and outdoor seating. This place is highly recommended. Had to add the dessert the Tiramisu is BONKERS!! SO GOOD =).

Went back a second time and ordered the lasagna, some pizza and a salad. Everything was absolutely excellent!!! We left very full but happy 😊.

It’s a little bit far from the center but as a tourist you’re going to see the fishermen bastion either way so go to this restaurant on the way!
I recommend the truffle pasta ,garlic bread,pumpkin risotto (so unique and good) , the cesar salad (comes with cauliflower and hazelnut )and for dessert you have to take the Bombay brownie it’s heavenly!!! It’s melting in your mouth ! It comes with salted Carmel ice cream and Caramelized popcorn!

It was a very nice experience.
First of all, we got there with no reservation but the was a very nice girl at the front desk who made us a reservation and after a hour of wandering around the old citadel, we went to enjoy our dinner.
The food was so delicious, the pizza was amazing and recommended by the staff as I couldn’t decide between pizza or pasta.
The waiter was so genuine and polite, we totally enjoyed our dinner.

Very nice place with great ambient.
The dishes are, as expected from these kind of restaurants, not big, but are very tasty. You can sense that Jamie has his personal touch on the dishes. I think ordered a first and a main course.

Everything was absolutely wonderful, beautiful place to sit and delicious food. The great Daniel took care of us the whole time and arranged a beautiful surprise for my friend's birthday. I will visit here again when I am in Budapest. Thank you for the experience.

Great restaurant in the touristic area of Buda. We had late lunch and the service and food was really good.

The ice cream is from another World! Home made and delicious

The place is really spacious from the inside, besides the fact that it is really crowded most of the time, booking is advised! The service was extremely helpful, nice, fast, and attentive. The foods we ordered were delicious, just like the two desserts. I recommend the place.

We have arrived with high expectations and the place met all of them.
The service is just excellent, I hardly can name places where there is a better service.
The food is absolutely brilliant and it is presented nicely. We loved the mini-burgers that just perfectly fit a 5 years old hands. Wonder why nowhere else you can see stuff like that.
Prices are OK and you get a lot for your money.
