John Bull Sport Pub & Restaurant

SURPRISE and yes it was a typical sports pub you would find anywhere in the UK and abroad - tv's everywhere and a good team working the floor and bar decided to have food and what we got was not what we expected IT WAS BETTER fish n chips and Hungarian steak - really tasty and presented as good as any restaurant just on the corner to one of the bridges between Bude and Pest on this side well worth a visit

We had dinner at John Bull’s luv last night. The staff was extremely friendly and good service. We had the Wiener schnitzels and it was amazing. Very big position and perfect. The chips was also very good. Will go again when I visiting Budapest.

Wow !!! What a great place.
The service and the staff are number one. The choice on the menu is between Hungarian and English and the food on the dinner plate is in abundance.
Delicious menus to choose from and a good variety of drinks at the bar. Plenty of laughter, good company and a great place to hangout.
It's a pub you want to keep returning too.
Try the burgers it great !!!!!!!!!!!

Such a great place. Warm and welcoming. We are so lucky to be in Hungery will handball European Champignon ship is being played. Hungary 🇭🇺 - Denmark 🇩🇰! Nice food, nice bartender, nice food cheering together and TV turned on to the Danish channel. Defo coming back. Thanks guys!

Great bar. Sat in here for a while drinking. Lots of people coming in and out. Went back on another day and had food. The food was the best we had eaten all holiday. Tried the local palinka not for me but my partner lived it. Strong stuff so be careful lol.

Great pub! Not only British beers buy Hungarian ones too. Lovely atmosphere & comfortable with a great menu too. We'll worth a visit in Budapest!

The service was fantastic!! The food was phenomenal!! No complaints from our group. They were able to accommodate all of us and we were able to watch our NFL :)

Great for sports. I saw Formula 1. Not that many options for vegetarians... That said they have only one but is amazing. Chickpea ragu with jasmine rice and pita bread

Excellent grub, gypsy roast was lovely and partners steak was melt in the mouth , not cheapest we've had but well worth it

Servers were in good spirit. Very good service. The beers were reasonably price. Very good spot to catch a football game.

Absoloutly incredible food. Best version of fish and chips and bangers and mash we’ve ever had. Would definitely recommend.
