Big room with a very big and comfortable bed. Very clean. It is quite far up the hill, but that means it has amazing views over the city. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the city. The balcony is shared with the other guests - but that was nice - the other guests were lovely. Really lovely freindly welcoming host.

We loved our stay here at Rooms Raic. Yes, like many people have mentioned, there are a lot of stairs to reach the apartment from old town. However, the upside is that there’s a large shared balcony with an incredible view of the city, we had wine and watched one of the most impressive sunsets ever one evening. Our room was very clean, large, and used the shared kitchen to make a few meals. The host is also very nice and friendly. If you are adventurous, there is a hike up the mountain right behind the apartment with even more stone steps and leads to a restaurant called Konoba Dubrava that is famous for its delicious Peka (traditional Croatian dish of slow roasted lamb / octopus). Definitely would stay here again!

Such a pleasant surprise! Knowing that private residences are different from hotels, I didn't know what to expect, but all my worries were gone one I entered the property.

Rooms are huge. CLEAN. There is uninterrupted hot water in the shower and sink (not just for 3 min, as I was anticipating). Enough power outlets, safe, closet. Bathroom was outfitted with latest fixtures and lit-up mirror. Seaview and exit to the balcony. The fact that the balcony is shared with other guests turned out to be a good thing - we got an unobstructed gorgeous view of Dubrovnik and its shoreline.
Kitchen is common, but spotlessly clean and has EVERYTHING one may need. Other guests are always out and about - not so much activity there.

Location: convenient for taxis/Ubers, no need to carry suitecase up/down stairs. Beach, old town, and supermarket - those all can be reached by going down the stairs by way of shortcut.

Owners are amazing and welcoming. I liked this accommodation so much that I came back here on my return visit to Dubrovnik.

This house place in very steep hill. At first time finding here was little bit difficult. And you must climb up to here from the old city about 10 minutes. However, no pain no gain. It will be good experience to stay here. You don't have to take a cable car and waste your money. It's enough to see great view of every part of dubrovnik. Around here you can find grocery store and you can cook some foods in a house.

My room was clean, bed was very comfortable and host was very kind. The walk to old town is not too far but be prepared for lots of stairs!

Very kind staff, clean rooms, beautiful views of the city and water from a hill, good wifi. Location is 10-15 min of hilly walking from old city but this is clearly advertised.

Fantastic view of the Old Town - this place is a hidden gem. Highly recommend as a place to stay if landing at the airport in the evening.

La propriétaire est très accueillante..
Les chambres sont toutes très bien entretenues et très propres.
La vue est superbe mais elle se mérite car sans voiture, c'est un nombre incalculable de marches d'escaliers à gravir pour accéder au logement. Si vous éprouvez des difficultés pour vous déplacer, ce logement est déconseillé.
Excepté ce point, tout est parfait.

최고의 전망!!! 스르지산 전망대에 올라갈 필요가 없음! 여기가 도심이 더 한 눈에 잘 보입니다. 언덕에 있어서 올라오기는 힘들긴 하지만 그래서 전망이 최고인 곳입니다. 차는 집 앞에 주차 가능합니다. 주차 걱정 마시고 바로 집 앞까지 끌고 올라오신 후에 한쪽에 대시면 됩니다. 주인 아주머니 최고로 친절하십니다. 룸이나 부엌의 상태도 좋습니다. 방도 좁지 않구요. 2박을 하게 되면 주인 아주머니가 침대를 정리해주십니다. 주인 아주머니가 바로 아래에서 거주하셔서 수시로 이것저것 물어봐도 다 알려주시고 해결 해주십니다. 공항 셔틀버스 정류장까지는 대략 600미터 정도인데 계속 내리막길이라 이동이 힘들지 않습니다. 베란다에서 찍은 사진 첨부합니다.! 적극 추천!!!

基本設施很全、很乾淨、景色很好，一邊煮著東西，還可以看見窗外景色。
要說缺點的話，就只有從舊城回來，要爬很長好幾段階梯。可是這兒哪裡不爬階梯呢？

Excellent accueil, hôtel très propre et bien situé, chambre agréable avec une très belle vue sur la vieille ville. Plage et vieille ville à 10/15 minutes. Hôte très accuillante et arrangeante ! Nous recommandons vivement !
