Rooms are a little dated and location is a bit far from old town. However this hotel offers stunning views of the Adriatic and mitigates its location by having a bus stop outside its doors with service to old town every 15-20 minutes. We took a stroller on the bus no problem. The service is impeccable and tons of amenities. Good parking and short drive from Dubrovnik airport. The breakfast is excellent. Some restaurants within 15 minute walk but not the easiest to get to. Would recommend if you are looking for something outside of old town.

This is such a lovely hotel. The location is great. The frequent bus service is right outside the door for 2 euros into Dubrovnik old town. The rooms were spacious and soundproofed and had comfortable beds. Breakfast was very cosmopolitan and would satisfy everybody. The indoor pool was really warm, and the outdoor pool had Jacuzzis with a fantastic view across the bay. There was a promenade part of the way down to Lapad, which was right by the sea. Good memories from here.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Palace Dubrovnik. The staff were exceptional, and we were even lucky enough to be upgraded to a deluxe suite for a night. The views are incredible, the hotel is clean and bright. It's easy access to old town via bus, or taxi, but far enough from the main city to relax and rest.
The food+drink was a bit expensive for what you get, but that seems to be a theme in Dubrovnik overall.

This is a wonderful hotel that is located just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik to feel like a relaxing getaway, but close enough that it's very convenient to get into the city when you want to. The property is beautifully located on a hillside with views over the water. It has all the amenities and restaurants nearby that you can want, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend if you're looking for more of a resort experience near Dubrovnik.

October is a little quiet, but we mainly like that. The pools are amazing; the demarked swimming area in the Adriatic can get a little choppy next to the rocks, so you need to be careful. Having two bathrooms in the executive suite is a nice touch, though the enormous third balcony seems a little excessive. It would be great for children. We're using public transport to get around locally (as the number 4 bus stops in the hotel) and hire cars for longer excursions.

I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful hotel last month. The room was lovely and they provided a fabulous breakfast.
Imagine my surprise ,upon returning to my room, to find a birthday cake. Somehow management learned it was my birthday! I was completely blown away. Highly recommend this hotel.

We were lucky enough to be in one of 5 brand new deluxe suites. Beautifully appointed room with a double balcony. Our stay coincided with a huge electrical storm that caused us to not be able to see the walled city of Dubrovnik. However, we had front row seats to a beautiful electric storm out at sea and over the town and all with the comforts of this beautiful room.

Great place to stay, bus from outside into the old town comes regularly for 2 euros. Stayed here, for me personally I did not think the rooms where 5 star, very little storage and had to ask for towels, milk, small details I know. Would I stay again absolutely the hotel itself is in a great spot. Breakfast plenty on offer, amazing sunbathing and views. I attended a wedding that was on a cove that belonged to the hotel, it was the most amazing setting you could imagine.

Had a really good stay at Dubrovnik Palace Hotel. Despite its older, Communist-era architecture, which shows in low ceilings and outdated ventilation, the atmosphere is inviting and warm.

The rooms offer stunning views right from the bed, especially during sunset. Some of the equipment is a bit dated, like the TV and the absence of an espresso machine in the room.

The food was good but not particularly creative, and the drinks were a bit overpriced. The coffee could definitely be improved. However, the service and personnel were excellent.

The hotel offers a unique 'beach' experience—more like terraces on cliffs with sunbeds and direct sea access, and the views are epic. Convenient transport to the Old City is available with a bus every 15 minutes.

The hotel has a really calm atmosphere, making it a great place for relaxation. While it ticks all the boxes for a 5-star experience, there was a sense that something was missing. Nonetheless, the room views are unparalleled and make up for the minor shortcomings. Highly recommend for its beautiful surroundings and overall good vibes.

Spacious room with nice sea & pool view... Love their breakfast spread & crusty bread! It's a lovely place to stay in Dubronik. I think I saw a pretty inhouse pool, bring along bathing suit!

Amazing hotel with a nice pool and access to the sea! The receptionists were nice and gave us a complimentary upgrade to one of their suites!

The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a big variety of items.

If I ever come back to Dubrovnik, I will definitely stay here again!

Very knowledgeable, professional, caring friendly staff. Was very impressed with Ivan at the front desk, Sretan and Slobodan at the restaurant and breakfast buffet. Those are the names I can remember, however, I'll give a five stars to the staff working at the Palace Hotel. Thank you all for making our stay a very awesome experience.

I recently had the privilege of staying in the exquisite Presidential Suite in ‘The Hotel Dubrovnik Palace’. We were pleasantly surprised by room upgrade to Presidential suite.
All the rooms were spacious with tasteful decor, but we really enjoyed the sea view balcony and the master bathroom. Each room was meticulously curated with artwork, rich fabric and expansive windows. The attention to detail was evident in every corner from the walls to the plush furnishings.
In terms of location, the suite's proximity to the coastline allowed us to lie down in front of sea and swimming pool.
Both food and wine were delicious and served warm people.
This opulent suite nevertheless is my favourite in Croatia, we were speechless with a mesmerizing atmosphere of pure luxury and elegance.
Location wise, this is bit far from the Dubrovnik tourist attraction, maybe that's a reason it makes it truly exotic.

This hotel has an incredible, expansive view of the sea! The pool area was really nice. Our room was large, very clean and comfortable. The elevator was a bonus. The only downside was that the air conditioning would not go below 23.5 degrees. It was a bit too hot for us at night. But otherwise great hotel!

Excellent stay. Room was larger than expected and the bed was big and very comfortable. Loved the balcony and had an amazing view of the sea and Babik Kuk. Hotel staff was wonderful and the breakfast buffet had a great selection. The pool, ocean access and plentiful lounge chairs and patios was a delight. Had a wonderful lunch on site as well as ordered room service the first night we got in- the black risotto was absolutely delicious! The hotel is at the end of the road but the bus to town does a pickup directly outside the hotels and comes often. Otherwise it’s a quick walk to other hotels and restaurants. The views from the hotel are second to none!

Sea room view was amazing with a beautiful scenery of the sea. The bathroom is very small, this is why I reduced one star from the score of the room.
Breakfast is great.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Dubrovnik Palace and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

We had booked a superior room, but upon arrival, the staff surprised us by upgrading us to a luxurious suite. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and had a stunning view of the sea. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation.

But it wasn't just the upgraded room that made our stay so memorable. The staff at the hotel were incredibly hospitable and attentive. They always had a smile on their faces and were happy to help with any requests or questions we had. One particular instance that stood out was when I brought a pizza (outside restaurant) to my room, and it was cold. When I called the room service to ask if they had a microwave I could use to heat it up, they insisted on taking the pizza themselves and bringing it back to me hot and fresh. It was a small gesture, but it meant so much and really showcased the hotel's dedication to their guests' satisfaction.

Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Dubrovnik Palace to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming stay in Dubrovnik. The upgraded suite, stunning views, and exceptional hospitality made for an unforgettable experience.

I liked the location of the hotel based on a cliff overlooking the sea. The staff were very professional and friendly. The amenities in the hotel were superb. The choice of food produced for all nationalities was amazing. Easy access into the old town of Dubrovnik with a local bus just outside the hotel. Bedrooms were big and serviced every day. There were plenty of sunbeds available around the pools with towels provided every day. I would highly recommend the hotel for anyone planning a trip to Dubrovnik.
