Today I have visited the Tamworth store for the first time. I had timber cut by Mindy, and paint mixed by gentleman. Fantastic service from both, very professional and informative. Well done B&Q

Brilliant service from Daz, used the cutting for some panelling he was really friendly and helpful.

I visited on Sunday the 11th February 2024. I was blown away by Millie, Sophie and Grace who were really friendly and helpful as well as informed. Just the kind of service you want.

Visited today to buy some items and was helped out by Ben. He was very knowledgeable and had some really good advice. I was very impressed with the service.

Fast, depending if you know what you want and how it is organised, good products, from top line to moderate line, very helpful staff, pop-in and ask for help. Wonderful service.

So few places to see wallpaper went to B&Q and got jut right one.. looks great. Well worth the visit.

Went to buy some paint for decorating.
The staff were really helpful and I brought the paint which was 3 for the price of 2.
Also the lady got me to sign up for a club card which saved me another £5

We visited B&Q Tamworth to purchase a kitchen tap. The staff were very helpful, especially Sophie and Patrick, for whom nothing was too much trouble.

An enormous variety of household DIY items and gardening items. Well laid out and easy to find what you are looking for helpful friendly staff. Update:2022-Great to see they now have a covered cycle parking area here now too, much appreciated. If you need to get lots of stuff home, van rental is available from here too.

Found what I wanted and was able to park very close in disabled bay. Good range of plants in Garden centre looked very healthy. Checkout usually v quick.

Good been able to get in at 7am to get materials ect needed some drill bits also picked up a DeWalt cordless circular saw that was on offer at the trade counter. The staff at this counter are always friendly and welcoming. Free Krispy creme doughnuts off them too this morning brilliant!

Great garden center out the back any thing you need is there even a bargain or two to creat a smile space at home you're own garden oh yeh little creature was spotted was gonna put in my pocket as a pet but that would be stealing now wouldn't of it sevic you can find it on you're next trip

Thank you Tracey at Tamworth for being so helpful & informative about some paint i needed, i was trying to match with small piece off my wall. Great service, didn't have a clue about paint, even informed me how if left in tin for certain period of time, can split & just bring back & they could pop in machine to re-mix. Great store, loads of products and very well marked information where the products are placed, staff are very friendly and helpful, well worth a visit,

Staff were helpful when we couldn't find what we needed in store and ordered online for pickup at a neighboring store. Prices were reasonable for most items

The ladies on the tills know their stuff. Helped me get the discount that I had missed, made me feel like I was welcome and not just another customer. Five star ⭐, thanks, have a great Christmas.

Okay, it's now Easter, went in to B&Q for the paint for the bedroom.
The staff were restocking the paint shelves.
The male staff need to learn customer care, not just push in.
But the female staff hit a new level. Polite, helpful and really what is needed.
They made it a pleasure to shop at B&Q.
The young lady on the till too.
Going back next week for the kitchen paint.

We love B n Q. Whenever we have a project on the go we always shop there. Helpful friendly staff. No complaints from us.
