We have had a great experience and even extended our stay.

The Viking theme rooms were spotlessly clean and very well decorated. Good attention to detail.

Character breakfast was also very engaging for the children although I have seen it before but it does not detract from how well the characters engage in entertaining the children.

The access to the theme park is very easy and close by and having early access before the general public by staying at the hotel is an added bonus. We were given fast track passes as part of our package which were very beneficial so.

We only had breakfast at the hotel which was just a standard full English breakfast continental section as well as fruit but not amazingly presented.

Adam on reception was exceptional. Nothing was an issue and he looked after us very well with plenty of information. I would highly recommend looking for Adam on your next trip because he really does go that extra mile for guests and is clearly management material. Thank you!

Great family park. New coming! Track has arrived and supports appear to be going into the concrete posts! Exciting times for the park and families once it opens. Food and drink available at decent prices, especially if you have an annual pass. Vikings area and adventure cove are well themed as well as Thomas Land with its new water ride. Definitely worth a visit 😀

The staff cannot do enough for you. Have stayed in the hotel 3 times now and we always come back for more. The kids love the evening entertainment, always a comfortable stay and the staff (especially in the restaurant) are so helpful and welcoming.

Another buisness stop...
The parking was plentiful and easy
The balloon arch on arrival made me feel really christmassy
On arrival the chap on reception was very apologetic about the wait as they were busy
I got a lovely room with all the amenities
The scottish sea kelp was lovely to wash in and left me feeling clean and refreshed
The bath was powerful and hot and I had a lovely coffee after the bath.
The room was very quiet with a nice ambience and was just the right temperature to sleep in.
The bed was ample and comfy and I had a wonderful nights rest.
The breakfast buffet was beautiful with everything you need plus more.
The bacon was crispy and the eggs tasted really good quality.
Had a lovely coffee before leaving.
Great stop and yes I would recommend

I've stayed a couple of times now, off-season, so the hotel is quite quiet. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Love the all you can eat buffet breakfast! Set me up for the day, on both occasions.

So close the the park!
Our room was great and the staff were so helpful; they provided great information and they even got me some milk for the kids bedtime.
The breakfast provided was lovely, with a great selection to choose from (and loaded us up with a wide selection of different fruit and veg before a day of fast food in the park)

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and excellent service. The lobby was beautifully decorated and had a cozy atmosphere.

The hotel's amenities were fantastic. The fitness center had state-of-the-art equipment, and the pool area was clean and inviting. I also enjoyed dining at the hotel's restaurant, which offered a delicious menu and attentive service.

Lovely hotel, we stayed in the Thomas rooms for our little ones 2nd Birthday. Rooms were great, there is a TV at the end of the bunk beds for DVD only, you can rent these from reception for a £5 deposit (returned on departure) staff were amazing, so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. 5 min walk to theme park entrance, food was nice.

We had a birthday trip here and we're delighted with the two rooms we booked. Ours was an accessible room and our friends booked a twin a few doors away.
I loved our accessible room. It was really spacious so I could get my mobility scooter around. A joy to have space. Comfy beds and lovely shower room.
Sharon on reception was so helpful too. I felt reassured by their fire safety questionnaire too.
Really lovely evening meal. Real holiday vibe with happy children ready for a day at the park.
Good quality breakfast too. All in all a really lovely stay that we wish to repeat.
Travelling with a powerchair / mobility scooter is not easy so it's a joy to find somewhere that really works. Big thanks from all of us. One happy birthday celebration.

Loved it, great prices and nice rooms. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Literally a 2 minute walk to Drayton Manor theme park and you can access the park half an hour earlier than the public if you stay at the hotel.

Great place for business travellers or for families alike. Restaurant could be better. More options. The chairs could do with a regular deep clean due to the amount of food and mess I see dropped on them and they look grubby. Great breakfast. Excellent staff.

Lovely experience, visited the park before but this was the first time we stayed at the hotel. Clean, big rooms, great customer service, friendly and very helpful staff. Reasonable prices compared to other theme parks, a lot of fun stuff to do with a lot of entertainment for kids in the evening and during breakfast. The food, both dinner and breakfast was great and sensible prices as well. Highly recommended for a fun family holiday or just a weekend out. As well a lot of meet and greet sessions with the characters from Thomas the tank engine.

Great atmosphere and amazing staff. We stayed in one of the viking rooms which was a lovely experience. Booked the short break offer so had early access to the theme park and 2 queue jump passes each. Us and the kids had a brilliant time!

Good food, but service is slow for dinner. Staff are friendly, some training, everyone was polite. Sir Topem Hat is a lovely touch at breakfast, very cheerful and excellent with kids. Great choice of foods for breakfast.

It's my third time here, as the charity that supports people with my disability have conferences there every other year.
The rooms I've stayed in are always comfortable and clean; I really like that the shower moves, rather than being blasted in the face, as often happens when turning hotel showers on; my one request would be to have a grab rail fitted for ease of getting in and out.
The food is always tasty, and, even though my dietary requirements are big, because of my disability, the staff are always great at finding something for me (it would be good to label the vegan food).
And the staff are lovely! They're friendly, polite, and helpful, which makes them perfect for the job they do.
Another great stay and I hope we're back with you in two years for the next conference.

Clean and spacious rooms, varnished wood at first seemed a bit dated but well maintained and of good quality. En-suite bathroom bright and spacious, all modern fixtures. No noise from other guests, use of room card made things easy, excellent amount of parking spaces away from the main road but close to hotel entrance. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Bar and restaurant area had a good atmosphere and nice views from full length windows. Room service for a small fee. Everything was great from start to finish. Will use again
