Fantastic food, came out fast and hot! Very reasonably priced, only costing £120 for 8 of us. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our server was Natalie and she couldn't do enough for us. This great family restaurant has really turned a corner.

Great pub with some good beers and good food. Staff cheerful, polite and helpful. Food arrived quickly and was perfectly cooked. Our party of 9 all ordered food including a couple of steaks and all food came out together, piping hot and perfectly cooked. Plenty of parking and also 2 electric car chargers . Recommended

We had Christmas dinner here. Grace was our waitress and was so sweet and very efficient. Natalie was a wonderful host and Akron was also so kind, polite and attentive . Really lovely staff.

Fabulous meals. Steak was absolutely perfect & great value. A 2 course meal for 5 people with drinks was just under £100. You can't say fairer than that! We're booked in for Christmas Day & really looking forward to it 😀

Excellent Christmas meal out for 12 of us. All meals were fantastic. Very tasty and good portions. 3 courses fo £17.99 Excellent value for money. All staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough for you. Would highly recommend.

We were greeted with a welcoming smile from Colette .We made our order for food and drinks and Colette added a discount with our Blue Light Card .
We didn't have to wait long for our food as it was fairly quiet in there today.
Our cod and chips arrived and was piping hot ( rare in some eateries these days). Both the chips and fish batter was lovely and crisp too. We would definately recommend The Longwood and will be back soon .

Booked a Christmas get together for our neighbours - many of whom hadn't actually met properly before and chose the Longwood based on location and budget. Everyone had a great time - all food came out together (for all 15 of us) and was hot and tasty - and the staff couldn't do enough to make sure we were looked after. Special mention for Natalie who was a star from start to finish - and I would recommend the Longwood to anyone who wants a decent get together in a very reasonably priced environment and decent quality food. 10/10

One of our preferred restaurants. Staff are always friendly and the food is very good indeed. Wait time for food is not long at all and always arrives hot and very well cooked. One of the best steaks I have had.

We heard the longwood was under new management so we decided to pay a visit. The food was lovely and the staff were very helpful, especially Henry and Niamh who didn't hesitate to help us with anything we needed. We definitely recommend and will be returning soon!

Niamh was our server whilst we played pool at this pub. She is a fabulous server who is always smiling and has a heart of gold. I appreciate her being so kind to us through our visits here.

My brother first introduced me to this lovely pub, food that day was excellent service good staff polite, very clean, chicken tikka spot on, next visit with my partner was the same, she loved it, Vegan options we're great, I look forward to our next visits

We had a large table booking for a birthday party and it was lovely all round. The staff was very helpful and polite. A big thankyou to the Chef as everybody really enjoyed their food without a single bad word. It was extremely hot that day and even with the conditioned they nailed the food!! Will definitely return again in the future.

Had Christmas Dinner and can't fault any of it. We arrived early, our table was ready and they managed to get our food out early too. Excellent service and great atmosphere.

We came here over Christmas and the meals were brilliant.
Been back recently and the food was fine the staff were great and we're going back in a couple of weeks.
The menus have been changed so I've deleted those photos. I will upload new ones when I next go.

We book a birthday meal for my daughters 30th, the waitress Niamh was lovely, very helpful and polite. Our meals were nice, desserts a bit disappointing as they had ran out.

So glad we drove past the Longwood and decided to take the family for an evening meal after our visit to Drayton Manor Theme Park. The atmosphere at the Longwood was just what we needed, spacious and relaxing. The food was superb and we felt welcomed by the new Manager and his staff from start to finish. Clean facilities and 30% off mains via the website was an added bonus (and the ice was super fresh 😉) we didn’t catch the managers name but he’s a top bloke, clearly working hard to showcase the best reputation! Thanks for making us feel welcome outside of our home town! We will be back 🫶🏻

Visited at the end of the evening for a drink and a snack, we were greeted by the most lovely and welcoming staff. We were unsure if we would be able to order food due to the time, but Dave the manager assured us he would get our order out to us. Dave the manager is a very friendly character, and made our visit extremely comfortable, he could not do enough for us. We will definitely be visiting again when in the area.

Had a lovely family meal today, kids enjoyed their meals me and the other half had the ultimate southern fried chicken burger it was lovely, came with fries and a chicken gravy. Probably would recommend swapping the gravy for either a sauce or maybe coleslaw but other than that it was really nice food.
