O2 Shop Tunbridge Wells

Massive thank you to Craig for helping me today. Craig went above and beyond to sort out an ongoing issue I was having and I couldn’t be happier. This man deserves a raise.

Excellent, friendly and cheerful service in the Tunbridge wells store. I believe the person who helped me with my upgrade was named Kevin. He was very helpful and despite it being the end of the day he did not rush and was happy to help with any queries and was all in all very pleasant and a positive experience.

My SIM was out of use, so my 10 year+ number couldn't be used anymore. They sorted it out and were very helpful.

Craig at o2 in Tunbridge Wells has been super helpful in sorting out an issue I had with a new SIM card! He was really understanding of the issue I was having and was really helpful when I set up my new contract too!

I wanted to say what fantastic service I had from Ace at Tunbridge Wells o2. I went in today with a difficult issue and he didn't give up until he had resolved it for me.He was very patient and polite.

Chante was really helpful with getting my grandma a new sim and explaining what the better options for us would be. She was so patient and very clear which was so helpful. Thank you so much!

Excellent customer service, went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and set up on my new phone

I went with a relative, to have him put on my plan. Although the shop was empty of customers, we were not approached by any of the sales team. But greeted with warm smiles. Genuine smiles too! The 1st thing that I noticed, was how clean the shop was. We looked around the displays, & asked a salesman about the mobile phone my relative had chosen. He knew everything about or & was of great help. I'm going back soon, as I now need a new mobile phone. I recommend the o2 shop in Tunbridge wells, to anybody needing to change phones, or a new supplier.

I bought a new phone, and I'm happy with it. Helpful assistant - very knowledgeable, and no sales pressure. Surprising; rather unexpected - let's hope they don't screw me with a tariff increase!

Great Service. A lovely young lady helped my wife and I with some problems on our phones , sorted everything out very quickly , even updated and sorted out vaious apps all for free !

They served me quickly helped solve my phone problem and a really nice guy did it all for me. I've never had a problem with 02 . That's why I've been with them so long. Excellent service.

I went off on an Alan Partridge style rant and the manager was more than fair to me which was nice. Did I get a second season? No probably not but I would highly recommend this store. Why you may ask? Well it's the customer service...here at Apache Communications if there's one thing we enjoy its excellent customer service and here you will find this in abundance they can also sort some fairly priced pyrotechnics from sustainable sources I'm also told it's fair trade. The carpark on the otherhand is a total rip-off it was like being in downtown Mogadishu on a Friday night surrounded by enemy combatants constantly shrieking and swarming the car needless to say I had the last laugh

Brand new shop just but still in Victoria place. Place looks amazing with all the phones (all working) down either side, a complete change to the normal stores. Staff are a pleasure to speak to and not once felt sales(ey)?

We always go back to this shop to upgrade - the staff are great and I'd like to single out Kevin McDonald especially for the time he gave myself,my wife and daughter yesterday in helping with the upgrades despite the best efforts of O2's Computer Systems! Thanks Guys
