Today I wanted to thank the lovely girl in boots who helped me when the lifts were broken. She went above and beyond for me and my teething baby who, before we arrived at the store was screaming her head off! I didn’t catch her name, but I wanted to publicly announce how amazing she was…boots Tunbridge Wells should be extremely proud to have a member of staff like her. Thank you!!!! x

Took my father for a hearing aid test & subsequent fitting... he's 98 years young & since our visit life has become very much easier for us all!! Peter Wilson the Hearing Specialist was very helpful & l would recommend this Boots Service especially for the senior citizens who perhaps need a little more understanding & extra patience.

After finding myself pacing around boots like a headless chicken in Tunbridge Wells tired and emotional from my newborn and becoming a dad for the first time I was really struggling to find all the bits and bobs and correct stuff my little man required … Then out of nowhere came the hero they refer to as Guy not only did he find me all the essentials I required his advice and fantastic mannerism was like know other I’ve experience before not all hero’s where capes and boots whatever u do hold on to this fantastic asset .Also like to mention Ellie who served me at the till given some great advice and also exceptional customer service thanks you two

Lovely staff and very understanding.

The team here are generally brilliant, but I have to admit that most of the things I need are upstairs (reachable by stairs, lift or escalator) involving the pharmacy, opticians or medical team.
Every time I've needed help from any of those teams, they've been brilliant.
I recently had to have my eyes tested again, and I tend to get used to people getting impatient with me (I am a cane user, so I'm not exactly as fast as Sonic!) but the optical team is always lovely.
They're always so patient and understanding, taking their time and making sure I feel comfortable.

Could do with some more pharmacy staff, and some kind of kick to whoever does the medication delivery, but I understand that Brexit will be responsible for a certain amount of that, so it's not really their fault

Wow! I received absolutely fantastic service from them today. One member of staff went above and beyond to find me a particular hair gel I was looking for. She found out it was discontinued but still found it for me in the clearance section. Half price, better still.

On Saturday 29.01.2022 I visited to collect some prescriptions. While I was there I had a massive asthma attack brought on by someone spraying a deodorant I am allergic to.
A wonderful pharmacist and a store colleague with long blonde hair who was in the baby section literally saved my life. They got me an inhaler and a chair and made sure that I was doing okay.
I am eternally grateful to those wonderful humans. Thank you both xxx

A very useful store with so much stock to choose from. Staff are always very happy, and happy to help too. Boots card is a bonus too, if you haven't got one it's definitely worth getting one!

Very well stocked with decent staff. The pharmacy department is especially good, especially considering how very busy it gets! The Pharmacists and counter staff at the Pharmacy are extremely kind and friendly and do their best to get prescriptions filled quickly. A big shout out to Emma, who is super efficient and very nice to everyone. Thank you 😀

Went to the pharmacy on Sunday for an emergency prescription and they were so helpful and friendly ans got me the prescription in a flash. Amazing service, really grateful for the lady who helped me!

Been shopping at this Boots for years, always clean, well stocked and now with the pandemic, i feel safe entering the store as there's hand sanitiser and markings on the floor directing you in the right way.. Friendly staff, especially at the pharmacy..

Large store with 2 floors and a dedicated ground floor for women cosmetics and accessories displaying great choices. First floor for pharmacy, prescriptions and optician. Staff friendly and courteous.

Very helpful staff I booked a make up appointment on the app and off I went wonderful experience answered my question real one on one appointment fantastic Thanku. Loads of products to shop for too ample parking around loads of other shopping 🛍 too
