Marks and Spencer

We needed advice about the purchase of an office chair. We were served by a young lady named Rosie. What an asset she is to M&S. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she certainly went above and beyond the call of duty. She even helped lift the chair into the car.
Well done Rosie, you gained two very satisfied customers for being so kind 🙂

There are two M&S stores. The one in town has a selection of clothes and shoes as well as a food hall. The one in Fountains Park has household items and furniture as well as a food hall.

I photographed a wedding where the men bought their wedding suits from Marks and Spencer, and they truly looked amazing in them.
Not everyone would think about looking for a wedding suit at M&S, but it's worth having a look, especially when the Groom Party are very happy with their look .

Turned up to the store about 30 minutes from closing with the intention of purchasing sofas. Little did they know that i needed to use 30 vouchers!
Louise and Emily were both amazing, they input all of the codes and acted very professionally and kindly throughout the whole purchase. Highly recommend them.

M&S food halls are always excellent, wherever they are.

I shop at M&S on a regular basis. The shop is well laid out and covers a wide range of styles and sizes. They also have a good food selection and flowers. There are rest rooms and a recently updated cafe. Hot and cold food selection at a reasonable price.

Delicious food, wonderfully spacious and exciting store. It's a guilty pleasure that we can't get enough of!

Great variety of products from furniture to gifts to food. Food department is well organised. Home department is well stocked with good quality items. Parking is free but carpark can be a bottleneck sometimes but you can always have another coffee while you wait for the traffic to die down!

No clothes here unfortunately but a nice display of furniture and bedding. Nice cafe and toilet facilities and easy to park close by. Cafe gets busy. They have a supermarket section but I rarely use that.

Had filter coffee and a lovely cheese scone here today. Good service in pleasent cafe area and afterwards a wonder round the rest of the store which has household items, furniture and a good quality food shop.

I think this is a very good M&S; it's not the biggest but they cram a lot of choice in and as they open at 8:00am it's a good place to pop in before work. It does food, clothing, cards and jewellery. They also have a café tucked into a corner that you could miss if you didn't know it was there.

Always a pleasant shopping experience. Good cafe. Excellent food hall. Lovely furniture and furnishings etc. Helpful staff.

Better than ever. Opened a check out specially for me as I had a huge trolley load. Thus missed the growing customer numbers at 10.30.

Really good queueing system, perspex around the till area, plenty of people wearing face masks, trolleys all wiped with antibacterial spray, taking covid seriously and usual great M&S customer service and experience!

Well presented store with a food section and departments ranging from homewares, furniture and beds in addition to an in-house Cafe. Exvellent standards of cleanliness and presentation and a team of friendly knowledgable staff.

Good size M&S with a very popular food section. There is half in Victoria Shopping Mall and half on the pedestrianised street outside. Plenty of parking in nearby paid for car parks, or the paid for Victoria Mall shopping carpark

As with every M&S, food is amazing. Staff are veru helpful. Sometimes have issues with parking, but nothing major
