Friendly staff never had a single problem with them

Came to collect a parcel and they were really friendly and fast.

Usually reasonable for taking Yodel/collect + deliveries but did not take a parcel on Sunday as ‘system was down/ they don’t collect’ however another nearby collect + happily took my parcel.

The staff at that store was super rude while I was collecting my parcel. They told me that I won't be served until the queue behind me is gone because I'm not paying for anything, so they will serve paying customers first. When I was patiently trying to explain to them that I waited in the queue as well and it is my turn to be served right now the member of staff behind the counter just kept ignoring me. The queue was super long because it was school leaving time and I didn't want to wait until it's ended. Finally another member of staff gave me the parcel and it took him literally one minute, so I don't understand why I couldn't be served when my turn came. All in all I'm not going to use that store any more as the experience was awful.

Not impressed that you list your shop as being open 24 hours when you're not actually open 24 hours! I have been let down by this twice now.
