This is the kind of shop I would have walked past … I’m a perimenopausal woman who has lost touch with what suits me … what a revelation this shop and its staff are!! Helpful, friendly, so keen to help and be honest about what works and what doesn’t. The makeup masterclass is great and Amy is lovely, as is Penny - I will be back!

I popped into this store today to see if I could buy some gifts. I was helped by Amy who was friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Amy asked the right questions & directed me to the ideal products. The whole shopping experience was delightful, I will definitely be returning. Thank you Amy!

The team are always incredibly helpful and knowledgable, and make it a friendly and unintimidating shopping experience. Additionally, they offer free next day delivery if they do not have an item in stock. Would recommend this store very highly.

I went to the Sevenoaks store to try out some products. Helen was absolutely amazing with her help, such a lovely assistant and a great help in matching our shades and giving recommendations! It’s really rare to find such great customer service.

When to this store with my Grandson to buy something for his mum for her birthday
What a really lovely assistant Fenelon was so helpful and so kind.
She Put the gift in a box with a couple of free samples
Excellent service and made my Grandson day
I will certainly return Thank you so much

Been visiting this store since it first opened. The Assistant Manager Kelly is very knowledgable and gives honest advice. I always come out of the store with a smile 😊

0 stars for customer service. A very rude assistant stood right in front of me while I was browsing the eyeshadow. Do not recommend this shop. Avoid.

Went in to store. There were 3 ladies working and one other customer in the shop. Not one of the staff acknowledged myself or my daughter.

Shame really. Won’t be going back. Will stick to online
