Brilliant. All explained and booked in for BB together with new phone. Amor was very patient and listened to what we wanted. Thank you.

Amar was great with helping us to choose two new phones. He spent 90 minutes going through all the different options. He deserves a payrise.

Today... Marc was incredible with me. He spent around 60 mins with me explaining in simple terms ( I'm older generation. So I find it all difficult) the best options for my needs.

Went to the EE store today in Stamford and upgraded my phone. Jamie looked after us and got us a really good deal! Really nice store, very friendly 👍🏼

What can I say. Went in and was met by the manager. I honestly can't remember when I went somewhere and the staff were as good as his. I'm a thicko so need my phone set up. It was not a prob for him.... and very clued up with not just the product they sell but how to treat yr customers. Its a case of respect all round. A great service. Topman. Shame he supports man u tho!!!! Haha

Went today to upgrade mobile phones. Rebecca was outstanding 🙂 Her knowledge and customer service was excellent. Rebecca is an asset to EE and the company should be very proud to have this wonderful young lady as an employee.

A massive thank you to Lewis and Yan for their amazing help today in sorting out and issue regarding my new iPhone XS that was caused by the online over the telephone EE team, went into the store and sorted the issue out for me so efficiently and effectively! They where so lovely and so helpful and made a stressful situation super easy and resolved. Provided me with some great help and advice and restored my faith in EE after being on the verge of leaving after 8 years! Thank you so much, real credits to the team!

Special thanks to Hannah. I came in to upgrade specifically wanting a Google phone. I am typing this review from my brand new Google Pixel 3A. I got with it a free Huawei Tablet and Xbox One S for a great price. Staff are great and very kind. Definitely recommend.

I have on numerous occasions had to visit the EE store in Stamford for one thing or another. They have always done everything in their power to resolve any problems unlike EE's customer service. Special praise for Chey and Jan.
