Vets4Pets - Corby

Fantastic experience at Vets4pets Corby by the wonderful vet Kate.
She really cares for my dogs especially Jasper who is a paraplegic dog and has undergone cancer treatment.
Her professional, experience and knowledge is outstanding.
Her advice is very helpful and she always responds quickly.
I feel Kate really cares for Jasper as if he was her own.
The reception staff are always pleasant and polite too.

Staff were so helpful and able to answer all the questions that we had about purchasing a rabbit. They gave us the positive of each breed that they had for sale they also recommend all the things that we would need to care for our new pet.

Staff were very friendly making suggestions to sign up for loyalty club to get a discount off our purchases i will definitely return to this store to get more pet purchases

Always good service, knowledgeable staff. All 4 of my animals come here for their check ups and treatment, wouldn't go anywhere else

They are always so helpful and courteous when we visit, and always have our cat's best interests at heart.
We trust the vets here, and have never had any reason to be dissatisfied with the service or the attitude of anyone working here. The receptionists are knowledgeable and friendly, and you never have to wait long, which is very important when your pet is unwell and stressed by being in a pet carrier.
Also, with cats, seeing dogs in the waiting room can be even more stressful for them.
They are a good vets and we wouldn't change from them as they know our cat well and can offer him and us a consistency in his care.

The staff are always so kind, friendly and helpful. Nearly everytime I've needed a vet appointment I've been able to get one the same day. They really look after our dog. Highly recommended.

All staff we came across were happy, friendly and helpful. We had only booked in for vaccinations but had a microchip done whilst we were there. This didn’t come across as any kind of issue and the vet was more than willing to accommodate us, the price of this was also explained before we committed to it. Overall would happily recommend to anybody.

Reception staff were great; our two Labradors were getting a bit excited in the waiting room and loved the treats that she came out to give them. The vet himself was happy, friendly, professional and unrushed. We left feeling happy that we had received a great service.

We had our little Bella well looked after(neutered) she's doing so good now,recovering very well, thanks Vets4Pets team.

Fantastic the vet put my mind at rest, very thorough and knowledgeable. Made us feel comfortable and important. We won't ever go anywhere else now, your stuck with us sorry.

The only vets that have listened to us as an owner and accommodated our dogs needs. She isn’t the easiest to handle and every visit they centre the care around her and alter their way of doing things to help her.
Never feel judged about her behaviour!

My dog is never unwell, so when he was being sick for a few days, I was so worried
the team logically took us through the checks to figure out what it could be, and gave him what he needed to help with symptoms whilst we got labs done and then gave me a course of treatment for him and explained how he would / should respond and what to look out for.
i was so reassured that we were doing all the right things for our boy and he is now back to is his normal self

The vet explained everything and took into account reggies backround when I told him and also respected my opinion. He was very accommodating and has made special measures for Reggie when he goes in for treatment

Exceptional veterinary practice, so pleased we are registered with them. They understand just how important our pets are to us and no question is ever judged by them. The receptionists are always friendly just like the vets and veterinary nurses. We have care plans for our dog and rabbits and both are beneficial because you are not worrying about certain procedures as they are covered. Highly recommended.

Everyone was professional and caring.
There was a dog showing aggressive behaviour who slipped his harness. I think he wanted my little dog for dinner!
The staff allowed me to wait in another room while the owner got his harness on and then the vet directed him to his practice room and closed the door while he finished explaining the drug process to me.
All dealt with safely and fairly for both dogs and owners

Very happy indeed. Great care, great staff and great price.
They care for your pet and they don't try to squeeze extra money out of you like some other vets do.

They cared for my dog amazingly, felt very confident whilst she was in surgery. Her aftercare has been explained amazing, they even made me feel comfortable when upset leaving my dog, amazing staff
