Halfords - Corby

Served by Aiden in the Corby shop, excellent at his job and knowledgeable, he was a great help today when I was purchasing a from bike light and bike hand pump. Thank you Aiden.

I was served by Jamie a couple of times over the last few days, i was in need of a 30mm socket, some transmission fluid and some windscreen wipers. he was a massive help, offering to fit the wipers for me too. he was extremely friendly and easy to talk to!

Mark at Halfords Corby helped me with advice and support as the electrics on my car were not working. He advised it could be the battery and changed that for me. I am very grateful to him. He is a great asset to Halfords I have recommended Halfords Corby to my friends and family.

I had a bronze bicycle service at halfords in Corby. Jake was the gentleman that carried out the service, he was very polite and I am extremely happy with the job he done! Excellent all round customer service.

Ordered a dash cam and booked an appointment for fitting. All items were ready and Luke took the car keys and started work! It was pouring with rain but he worked with humour, patience and competence. An hour or so later he explained the setup and sorted out the connection to my phone. I was very impressed with the whole experience. It all seems to work so many thanks Luke - hope Halfords realise how lucky they are to have you.

I needed my innertube replaced of my bike today and because Halfords was the closest, I taken my bike there. I was served by Jake who was rapid in his service with a positive attitude. Amazing staff and service :) definitely coming back

I went to Halfords for a free car check as part of the motoring club and Luke was very helpful. He couldn't find my membership but assisted me in registering again and explained the benefits of a premium membership. He was very friendly and answered all the queries I had with professionalism. He also demonstrated knowledge of what he was doing when checking the car.

helpful at finding me best prices for headlight bulbs and making sure I was aware of everything they had on offer. Polite and courteous throughout visit and prompt fitting of bulbs. Although I do think £9 each to fit is excessive

Absolutely outstanding service today at Halfords Corby. Went in to just get a main bulb replaced, they highlighted that If I purchased a winter pack for £10, not only would I receive a £5 discount - sotge pack normally costing £12 would be £5, but in addition I would receive a free 10 point check which normally costs £15. The bulbs and 10 point check was completed by Jamie under the supervision of Mark. Jamie informed me he has only been with halfords for 1 month. What a great guy, very thorough and fantastic customer service skills too.

Went to Halfords, Corby this morning to buy engine oil & a diesel can for my son. I didn't have a clue where to look!!! Roisin, the girl on the till, took me exactly where to get my items. She also looked up my son's registration to make sure i had the correct oil. What a little star!!! She told me she had only recently started at Halfords. With her lovely manner, kindness & pleasantness, she's a true asset. Well done Roisin, keep up the good work. Thank you so much for your help 🤗🤗🤗

Great experience at Halfords today getting a new battery fitted. AJ and Luke were brilliant. Luke fitted my new battery quickly and with ease and AJ was very helpful in explaining savings I could get through Motoring Club. Thanks for getting me back on the road!

Mark was first class in helping me with my purchase. He took the time to show me how it was easily possible to have bought the wrong thing. With his help and expertise thankfully all was well.

Served by Kyle (smithy) amazing service, first time using the Halfords premium motoring, he made sure I got the best deal on new battery using the available rewards and fitted straight away, also explained the other benefits and did one of my free health checks and explained results. Even did it in the rain so I didn’t have to re jump start my car to move under gazebo. Really quick friendly service, went in begrudging having to buy a new battery but left feeling like I got over and above for my money. Will be renewing membership in the future as just fab from start to finish.

It is so easy and quick--went in with broken headlight, done within 10 min, no waiting, no appointment needed. And they are friendly and helpful!

Mark, at Halfords, Corby, was informative and incredibly efficient despite working on three customers' cars and training a member of staff the same time! But I have come home to SEVEN emails from Halfords....why? It is so confusing and discourages proper consideration of important information!

I was served by Sarah in the sales department she was very knowledgeable and Direct and made my shopping experience with halfords perfect.

Been in shop twice today and AJ behind counter has been great help, really polite and informative, also squeezed in a bike build for me, really appreciated and great customer service, a lot better than the Kettering branch where we had to go collect the bike from, really unprofessional and slow over there.
