Huge shopping store with a large selection to choose from open late for anyone that prefers to shop after work! Very Friendly and helpful staff, plus it's very clean and has a 🏧 outside if you need to withdraw cash. I give this store a 5 star review ★★★★★

Disabled friendly and plenty of parking.

As supermarkets go, I’ve never been disappointed. Never had any trouble parking even on Christmas Eve. Shelves always well stocked, staff are helpful. Store has in house bakery which is a nice touch. There are toilet facilities which I’ve found to be clean enough to not dread going. I liked the SmartShop app you can use as speeds up check out dramatically.

I must have walked three times the distance through not knowing where items I wanted were. But I did get most of the items I wanted. It was a very fruitful shopping occurrence.

Absolutely fab staff, of course the usual good selection. My escort cased an huge science at check out, as was dealt with in a highly profession manner. Thank you staff for your concern and quick thinking cashier and supervisor. If I live here you would be my store of choice.

Great Supermarket! Fantastic location, ample parking, shelves fully stocked and super friendly staff! And scan as you go if fab! And of course the food is of good quality. Shame about the ready meals which are nowhere as good as M&S!!!

Called for fuel before going to France. Excellent price 136.9 per litre

Very spacious store - lots of room down each aisle. Picked up some chicken from the hot counter and was very nice. Toilets were very clean. Parking bays are tight, but seems to be the fashion with all supermarkets these days. Petrol about 5p litre more expensive than in Horsham and Brighton. No idea why such a big price difference.

Always seem to be short on certain things 😔far better these days more stock turned things around glad because it's one of our favourite stores. 15/6/22 still a great store trying hard to keep costs down 👍11/9/22 still great , prices now getting in line on some items with lidls. 12/2/23 still great. 6/10/23 still good 👍

Went shopping here for my Christmas food on 23rd December at lunchtime !
Yes it was busy but not manic. Had everything that I wanted. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Shelves were well stocked. Bread, as usual, was delicious . The beef joint was melt in the mouth fantastic.

Never disappoints me. One of my favourite trips when I get to Newhaven before the ferry is to visit your store and fill up with the English essentials. Always superb quality.

Really nice store, staff are friendly and helpful. It's so useful when staying in Premier in and it's local to all everything in Newhaven.

The fruit and veg sections are amazing. The whole store is great, well stocked I've never not found anything I need and the vegetarian/vegan choices are in abundance. The staff and security staff are very helpful and polite.

A great place to do your weekly shop. Big aisles and car park. Never too busy, which is nice.

Sainsburys is usually the cheapest fuel stop that can be had these days. Staff were lovely, and it was in a great location just before we got on the ferry to Dieppe.
