Beach Green Hotel

My partner & I went to the hotel specifically for the Sunday roast as recommended by friends. We were very impressed with the attentiveness of staff, who were quick to seat us & provide us with our drinks. We ordered the chicken roast dinner with cauliflower cheese. The portion size was just right & food presentation was of high standards. Staffs hospitality was impeccable. We also ordered desserts, the chocolate brownie was delicious, warmed slightly with a good scoop of ice cream for me & brownie with custard for my partner (which I must add, wasn't on the menu but the chefs catered for his needs with no question or additional cost) All round a lovely place to eat with friendly accommodating staff & great location. We'll definitely go back again.

This pub never disappoints! Food is amazing, staff are extremely friendly and it’s located right next to the beach - what more could you want!

The hotel rooms are comfortable, clean and have gorgeous views of the beach.

I would highly recommend a visit to the Beach Green!!

When we got there to book in they changed our bedroom to save me to climbing 2 lots of stairs.lovely big room on the front with Seaview.very friendly people nothing was too much trouble.had breakfast each morning we had our dog with us. She was allowed to be with us .
My only concern was that their disabled toilet didn't have a bar on right of toilet to help get up there was one on left side but needs one on right side.will most certainly go back.

Came across this lovely pub on our way home from holiday. Four of us had a variety of dishes for breakfast all of which were great, very tasty and good portions. My husband particularly enjoyed the big beach breakfast. Very friendly host, thank you

Lovely Sunday Roast Lunch. Great service, great food, seafront location. Washed down with a delicious rose Pinot Grigio.

Great food and service as always .Garden is really nice and lovely staff. We enjoyed a great roast today. Huge portion avd very tasty. We chose chicken and pork in our group fabulous.

We had a lovely lunch here. They were able to seat six of us immediately which was great. The food was fantastic. A great menu for adults and kids. The service was impeccable. Many thanks.

Don't bother eating at Perch just go here. The service was great and the food way better than expected. 6 of us arrived and everything great with zero complaints. Beth and the team were very friendly and helpful. Will come again, thanks!

My Birthday today and i wanted afternoon tea. Spent most of day trying to find one and gave up. I had heard great things about roast here so gave a go. I had chicken bf had beef. I really really enjoyed it and im fussy. Asked for my gravy on side but came out with gravy over. She apologised and got a another roast straight away. It was hot which is important for me. More carrots would have been great as so nice. Prosecco good too. Highly recommend

My Daughter in law had to find a venue at short notice for my Son's 40th birthday this weekend. 'Red carpet ' hospitality was certainly on hand! Family and friends stayed over.spotlessly clean,very comfy beds. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and will recommend.
Food good but more soft butter and hot toast please at breakfast !

Lovely hotel and one of lancing little gems , we had a wonderful day in the beautiful beer garden , tapping our feet to the sounds of Elton John , staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble and a big thank you to the owners for putting such efforts into making it such a brilliant day would strongly recommend people give this place a try

Fabulous hotel! The couple that own it are really lovey and can’t do enough to help you. We had to check-in early as we we’re due back in the early hours of the morning and they took our bags, put them in the room and arranged for us to collect the keys without charging anything extra. When we came back, one of the owners was awake to welcome guests back from Pride and handing out keys still even though it was the middle of the night. We’d definitely stay here again. The rooms are large, clean and nicely decorated. Everything looks very new inside. 10/10!

We had a lovely afternoon tea there for 10 people. Service was good and the sandwiches, scones and cakes were lovely. Thank you so much.

I only stopped by for drinks with colleagues on their last day of term, so didn’t stay over. Although, the place is lovely looking and I'd probably recommend it, particularly the location to the beach.

Did not stay but ate in the restraunt. Food and service top class. Will visit again soon.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel. The room was small but tidy and the view at the beach was lovely. A kot for our little one was free of charge. The service at the restaurant was excellent, all the staff was very motivated and polite. The food (we had breakfast and dinner) was delicious and the homemade sweet chili jam was a dream!
Parking on the nearby public space is 4£ a day, which is fair.
The beach is really close and also bus station for a trip to Brighton.

Stayed one night in room 8 which was surprisingly quiet considering it’s located on a roundabout. fantastic location as right opposite the beach. Nice big garden out the back for you to relax. Staff extremely friendly & polite & we loved the gorgeous doggie 🐶 🥰. The only downside really was breakfast …..BUT we were late down. I felt the quality let it down, sorry ! The price for the room & the food I think was reasonably priced considering the location and we would definitely come back. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Myself & my partner Mandy just had the most wonderful Sunday Roast, Apple Pie & Custard followed by a Caribbean Coffee at The Beach.
We are so lucky to have such a wonderful place to frequent right on our doorstep, Andy, Fiona & all the staff are always so pleasant &
attentive, we both thoroughly recommend The Beach, always a 5 Star experience.
