They found us the perfect tenant in less then two days. They've also been really supportive throughout the process and really put our minds at rest. The whole team are professional, polite, knowledgeable and really invested in making sure both the landlords and the tenants get the best experience.

I have never worked with Jacob’s steel prior to renting my new property however, the communication has been great, they have been timely and supportive throughout! I couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent. I had a really bad experience in the past with estate agents and Jacob steel have turned that around for me. I already had a slight maintenance issue that was fixed within half an hour after reporting it. What an excellent team I would 100% recommend.

I rarely write a review but have made the effort on this occasion. Selling the office property after 36 years was a big step for us and Matt Jacob’s professional assistance and charming manner made for a very smooth transaction to include marketing, finding the buyer, negotiating between buyer and seller and the odd bit of reassurance along the way in these comparatively difficult times. I have no hesitation to recommend Jacob Steel.

Jacobs Steel sold my flat for me and what an amazing service they provide right from the start. Luke the manager came out to see me and really sold the service they provide, it wasn't like other agents, he was really approachable, wanting to give as much info about what they provide and why the price for the flat was with in reason with the current market, excellent manager with excellent knowledge! With viewings I then had Sienna and Amelia mainly supporting with these, they were amazing in keeping me informed of viewings and any potential buyers. They were also really approachable and wanting to help as much as possible get buyers. Once I had a buyer, Jacobs Steel has staff who support with liaising between buyer's/sellers/solicitors, I had Richard supporting me and he was absolutely amazing, really pushing for things to get moved on when things got slow and his knowledge was brilliant!
Overall I would 100% recommend Jacobs Steel, for their excellent staff, excellent communication and excellent service! Thank you again!

Amazing service, was put with Will, who works there, helped me out massively, I was in desperate need of things moving quickly due to the house I’m was previously living in being sold and only having a couple of weeks until needing to leave. Will did everything in his power to get me all sorted and ready to move into the new property. Always available on the phone for updates aswell. Very grateful for the service.

Jacobs Steel helped me rent this nice studio in Worthing. All the members of staff are very professional and always ready to help us. I wandered into the JS office on a whim, and the team were absolutely brilliant right from the start.

From the moment Luke entered my house for the valuation, regardless of still having another two valuations booked, I knew I was going to choose Jacobs Steel to sell my house. Their approach is customer service led as opposed to sales led which is so refreshing and clearly what sets them apart from their competitors. No pushy sales approach whatsoever.
