Always a Great selection of free from items, dried and frozen. Shame there is only 1 fridge meal and NO sandwiches or any other options

Found myself a bargain and cleared out the shelves so I can share with friends. Had lunch in the cafe, the ladies are running around like headless chickens doing a fabulous job! Nothing wrong with my food or drinks

Really lovely delivery drivers. The staff in store are very friendly and helpful. Great selection at reasonable prices. Helped us find what we were looking for and even suggested other stores where we could get what we wanted

Great supermarket! Has everything you could possibly need and helpful staff. One of the best places for a large, weekly shop in Whitstable.

I use this tesco on a regular basis and it is full of helpful, efficient and warm staff. However on my visit today I was blown away by the kindness and warmth shown by one colleague in particular - Stewart the car park attendant. I was struggling with the trolley and my trolley token was playing up and Stewart was straight over to help me which I was impressed with straight away as he managed to spot me struggling from a fair distance furthermore he also gave me one of his own trolley token that managed to work. I believe it is people like this who make the difference and take our businesses forward!
Well done Stewart your service and customer care was brilliant mate. I hope this is recognised and Tesco give you some reward or recognition for Christmas!

This is the only place I can get size 7 nappies…but equally important, the cafe serves amazing breakfast and coffee. My son (18m) enjoys messing with his plate of beans, and really enjoys it. Ewan is a top server/ waiter, very attentive and friendly, makes us feel very welcome and I’d like this post to get to him if possible. He doesn’t let the stress of a busy cafe get on top of him and is always smiling (even through his mask). Excellent place overall. Thank you.

Everything you need in one place. Great variety, excellent customer service, clean and even has a big clothes section with a sales rail. Highly recommended. Cash machine, passport photo machine onsite and petrol station too. There is a car cleaning point in the car park and it also has a huge car park.

I would like to thank all the staff for there caring and understanding during this past very difficult year. I visit the store regularly in two different roles.
Firstly as a carer to my frail 88 year old father and secondly with my 2 year old grandson. In both cases, nothing is to much trouble, time,
patience and always a smile and a kind word. A real wonderful team effort.

Security guy especially, who helped with shopping bags right out to car.

Some moron called Les Hawkins takes photos of business's around Whitstable, edits them with his signature ugly edit, then makes it the first photo you see. Now tesco has become the next victim of his incredibly ugly photos.

This place is amazing and u should shop here religiously. They have a great stock of products including all your essential goods such as milk, vegetables, fresh bread and meats as well as other items like clothes and home appliances such as kettles. They have a mobile phone counter too and some place where u can have a photoshoot if u require that. I remember the days when they had photo processing machines where the phone place and the opticians are now and when the fruit and vegetable section wasn't where it is now. I got a ps3 from here in like 2014 with minecraft too it was one of the best days of my life. They have free wifi too so u can check clash of clans or something and I used to take my ipad here to play pokemon go with the free wifi when we went shopping and I have so many memories of catching pokemon here in 2017 I played pokemon go here on the day generation 2 was launched ah the memories and the mobile library sometimes comes here too. Sometimes there are pigeons nesting in the canopies above the car park too so lots of wildlife to see. We visited here in primary school and got free food which was great and I really recommend the chicken and bacon sub in a maize topped bun, walkers baked ready slated crisps and copella cloudy apple juice as a meal deal. Without the meal deal it would be like £6 but good old tescos makes it only £3 - amazing value for money and the sandwich is peng btw. Also the staff are nice and helpful and scan as you shop is very intuitive and handy for the big weekly shop - saves scanning everything at the checkout! I remember playing clumsy ninja on an demonstration ipad here in like 2015 it was amazing and enriching to my life The only complaints are that the phone box outside is looking a bit worse for wear nowadays (typical bt frick bt all my homies hate bt) and the takeaway food counter is gone its so sad it smelt so good. This place is great and u can ride Thomas the tank engine outside too on da ride for only £1 (I think)
