We went for a last minute break in march. The staff at the park were helpful, friendly, really made us feel welcome even when we arrived very late at night. The park is just a few minutes walk from the sea and an easy sea walk to Whitstable (even the 5y old managed it fine). Whitstable is lovely. Caravan was clean, warm perfect for us. It absolutely poured it down most of the time but we went bowling, swimming and ate out and had a good time. Swimming pool in Whitstable is recommended - family swim session has giant floats. Kids loved it! And not expensive.

Very spacious and comfortable accommodation with, unusually, a large cooker . All mod cons. and TV in every room. Exceptionally clean. Recommended

Lovely small caravan park, caravan was spotlessly clean, friendly site. Great entertainments team especially Andy and Ellie who made us feel very welcome during our stay. Great location for visiting nearby seaside towns of Kent.

Just got back from an amazing week at Alberta Holidays.
We were staying in Heroes Retreat, a holiday home for Veterans, my Client who is a Veteran had a really relaxing time and came away with a huge smile on her face.
The location was perfect for someone with a physical disability, because everything was so local my Client could walk to the clubhouse, shop, pub and not have to use her motorised scooter.
A special big thank you to Andy and Ellie the entertainment team who gave us a warm welcome, they both made the effort to come over to us whenever we went in the club house. A dynamic duo who work tirelessly to make sure everyone has a great holiday.
My Client had never played bingo before, Ellie sat with her throughout and supported her in a way that gave my Client the confidence and independence to join in.
Ellie is a great addition to the team, we hope to see you all next year.

We used to go here when we lived locally. I first started going as it seemed impossible to take a disabled child on holiday when I had my own disability. I phoned them and explained everything and they were very nice. The founder was a guy who had an autistic child. They are very accommodating and the properties are kept nicely. They do have quite good entertainment (good enough for small children) and the site is not too overwhelming if you are taking kids with autism. If you make your needs known they will do their best to accommodate them!

We had a great impromptu stay. Booked only the day before arrival. The 4 reception and security people I interacted with were all very helpful and polite. I cannot thank the lady on reception enough for her help when I needed to unexpected do an emergency load of washing. The caravan was very clean and had all things you would expect. All the staff were friendly, there were not many of them and they were all doing the work of 3, but they did so with a smile on their faces and a kind word for everyone they served, some moving at double speed morning through to night (well early morning on the busiest nights), only managed to catch a couple of their names Scott and George being the ones that stick in my mind. Andy on the entertainment was definitely all in. We had some great evenings, karaoke, quizzes, bingo for those that love a good dab, music sets and some good morning entertainment for the children, mine enjoyed making fridge magnets, making crowns and they participated in Teddy Mountain, stuffing their own bears. The children enjoyed the pool most days, which was surprisingly very warm, definitely warmer than my local indoor pool. Had a lovely walk along the beach one evening, very close by, easy to access.

Relatively small site. Small but inviting pool. Very clean tidy site with up to date vans and lodges. Lovely walking area seconds from the beach. Very dog friendly.

Just returned from a weekend at Alberta . The caravan was immaculate we had a Gold . The caravan had all you could have needed for a comfortable stay . The bedding was immaculate and the caravan was impeccable . We could not fault the park on that count .
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and we could not fault them on trying to please and meet our holiday requirements .
We know the area well and use to own our own caravan nearby so we can’t agree more that there is a lot to do in local area . We spent the days on the beach in Tankerton and Herne bay which has all we could need for the ages of my Grandchildren . 3, 2, 5, 10 11. Fun was had by alll. Without being negative but with true honesty I would like to say that I feel the site caters mainly for owners who enjoy a quiet park with peace and tranquillity . The entertainment is really geared up for owners and the club is more like a social club . Everyone was very friendly and Andy does his best to entertain the children . He asked if they wanted to watch a video as the characters and their costumes were no longer appearing at the smaller parks . With the disappointment my Grandchildren felt on not seeing Loopy and the gang the management gave them a free Bear each from Teddy Mountain ! This was much appreciated as these are not cheap ! As we had visited out of peak the toddler pool was not open whilst we were there . Again no fault of the park ! We found our own entertainment but if that is not something you are expecting I suggest you think carefully about this choice of a venue and maybe consider a larger park .
As we know the area we drove to a nearby park at Seaview which is very near Alberta . They seemed to have the same entertainment so that was not a good solution either .
I feel Park holidays would do well if they let people know about the small selection of entertainment for children as I feel they don’t need bad reviews as I said
Camp spotless ✔
Staff friendly welcoming helpful ✔

This holiday is more for couples and older people who are looking for a relaxing break away with easy acc to Kent and all it offers !

We had a great week here. The company 'Park Holidays' seem to dominate this stretch of coast, and I think we might have tried all of them in Kent. The staff and generally friendly, helpful and welcoming, though sometimes think they need.another person on shift. The services on site are good and the children's entertainment is pretty consistent and well delivered every night. We didn't get to try the outdoor pool as we were not in the right part of the season. The beach is literally a stones throw from the park. The caravan was nice, clean and had all we needed. Also dog friendly. Hopefully we will go back again soon.

We stayed here recently on 2 separate occasions. We loved it so much the 1st time, we went back just a few weeks later. This holiday park is perfect if you enjoy a more slower paced holiday. I'd say it suits pre teen children. It's not a massive park, and a lot of the vans are privately owned. It was just perfect for us, lovely friendly staff in the clubhouse, shop and swimming pool. Food was great too. If your looking for a lively action packed holiday, then this isn't the place for you. But if you want a more chilled and quieter holiday, then I'd highly recommend Alberta holiday park.

I had a fabulous weekend at Alberta and have nothing but praise for all the staff. Lena and Connor went above and beyond to make our stay stress free and perfect. I had asked Lena (on reception) if she knew of a good fish and chip shop that would deliver for a large party (I had 3 vans) Lena helped me out in this matter and organised for a chip shop to deliver right to our van. Connor was very attentive and would enquire if everything was okay. In fact all the staff were very professional and friendly.
I enjoyed my stay so much I have booked another van for may.

Frist time staying at this park and i have to say it was amazing time during my stay even with the limited entertainment but Andy was really good with the kids. The bar staff kieran and maddie where super friendly even making sure the kids were always happy and always made sure the place was clean and wiping down tables and chairs after use what was nice to see which the current situation on covid 19 the food in the clubhouse was average and a little overpriced for what it was but was always brought out very quickly. The pool also reopen during my visit and the 2 lifeguards ryan and cheeky where friendly and good with the kids and always made sure the pool was clean overall a really good stay and i will be back next year.

We have just returned from a week stay at Alberta holiday park with our 3 month old son. The holiday was perfect from start to finish ! The caravan was very spacious with two bathrooms and clean when we arrived. The staff absolutely made the trip for us , Bev was extremely attentive and was non stop working to make sure the club house was a wonderful place to eat and enjoy. Chiara and the other bar staff were so friendly. We had the half board option for the week and every single meal was delicious thanks to the chefs. Andy and JoJo from the entertainment team made us feel welcome every time we stepped in the club house , from coming over to chat and asking us to join in all the fun. Even with a 3 month old we could enjoy the entertainment every evening.

Thank you all so much and we will definitely be returning.

Loved it here didn't want to leave, the park is a good size not to small not to big, they have loads to do for the kids outdoor pool which is cleaned and has 2 lifeguards on at any one time. Have a play park, club house and arcades. Wanted to come back here this weekend but was fully booked. Staff are friendly and helpful.
