Staff are so friendly and helpful, isles are spaced out, don't need a trolley tag which is a bonus. Can stop at in house Starbucks for a coffee ☕ excellent store

* Always pleasant shopping at this particular Sainsburys; not as impersonal as the Mega store at Altira Business Park, Herne Bay. Staff always friendly and helpful, here. Duncan went over n above to sort out a carry out issue I had with a box of wine.
- Also, a week or so later, AmyJ, MiaB and Joy all pleasantly helped with providing boxes for yet more bottless of wine. Thank you. Nice. RTQ

Whitstable Sainsbury's is always cold. Same as usual, just what you'd expect from a supermarket otherwise.
17.11.22 Heating is finally fixed.
29/01/23, same as usual, it's nice to walk into a warm shop.
1/4/23. Shopped 7 in evening. Should do it more often, though, some things were not on the shelf. If shopping can be a pleasure, that was it.
5.9.23. I know it was hot outside, but did it have to be so cold in the store. I was pleased I took my cardigan in with me. Even some of the staff were wearing their fleece style coats.
Heating/air con, up the bucket again?
15/11/23. Same as usual, only popped in for my newspaper.
29/1/24. Just called for newspaper. Took 20 mins to get served. You desperately need more staff. The couple of checkouts that were open had queues. Kiosk had a queue. Self service was busy too. I refuse to use self service. I don't get a discount for doing it myself, nor do I get paid for doing it myself. I'm also doing someone out of a job. #THINK# less about profit and more about your customer, who makes your profit.

Consistently has a wider range of good quality produce than the other supermarkets in the area. Staff are friendly and helpful, too. It's a shame the pharmacy has closed. Their cut flowers are consistently good.

No stars and bangles but had what I needed and visible staff, who could ask for more

Pop into Sainsbury’s every now and then, mostly for the few Gluten Free foods they have for my wife, or for Rice Milk.
Always have the stock we need, and have never had any issues with anything.
Plenty of parking, lots of tills, and enough staff about just incase I need some assistance.

Staff exceedingly helpful despite having problems within the store during the morning. Was thrilled when they gave us a bouquet of flowers and a gift voucher as compensation for what they thought was a long time waiting, honestly less than 5 minutes. Great customer service.

It's a good store diy and good garden section . It's not huge but adequate has a nice Starbucks cafe and B&Q is next door. Staff could be happier.

The staff are always helpful and friendly. A great range of produce. Today we were especially happy with the pharmacy staff, they were clearly rushed of their feet but still managed exceptional customer service. Thank you

This is a lovely, open store, which allows you to roam at ur leisure. Although some things may be a little more expensive, on the whole most items are similar prices. Good Christmas gifts, but it would be better if they were all in the same area, rather than spotted through the store. Excellent parking, there is a coffee shop & a petrol station.

The first thing you notice is the wide parking bays, help reduce damage to your car. Bonus. Not a great shopper, so like get in get out covid is a bind with mask's ect. But that's how it is for now. Kind staff great experience.

Always clean , plenty of sanitizer, good fresh produce at price match to Aldi, friendly staff, will open another till if asked and if staff a available.

Plenty of space inside to shop and keep a reasonable distance from other shoppers during my mid afternoon visit, not crowded at all. Very welcoming gentleman member of staff at entrance to store.

Nice to shop there

Everyone loves a supermarket - its food. The building and car park are clean and efficiently managed by the hard working staff who offer a welcoming atmosphere to all irrespective of the weather conditions or their own domestic issues at home.
