I had a wonderful experience at the supermarket! The staff is always friendly and attentive, providing top-notch service. Moreover, I appreciate that they consistently offer fresh and high-quality products. This supermarket truly stands out for its exceptional customer service and commitment to quality.

The lady at the till was lovely, she was very helpfull and understanding to a badly disabled man in front of me.
First class.

Always good range and quality. Also some really good bargains like 2 boxes of Scotts porridge oats at special price . Even cheaper than German rivals

So I'm not sure why some people think it's expensive in waitrose.
You get great quality food.
There are lots of treats to buy this is where my money goes I don't stick to the list, as I get tempted.

Fantastic large store with ample parking, free for 2hrs, & a lovely cafe that makes delicious drinks & has a limited range of extremely appealing looking food.

I went to the customer services desk, the tills after shopping to purchase my food & wine, then into the cafe, & everybody that served me gave me a genuine happy smile, therefore great place to be & for a Wednesday, everything I needed was in stock, also because the store is large, they had a great range of everything you could possibly need.

Dropped into the cafe for coffee and a pastry - very nice, well priced, clean and tidy - and how nice to be served by assistants actually interested in customer service.

I just had a frozen chicken ham hock and leek pir it was a pie for 2 people but being a little greedy I had it for myself it was by far the nicest pie I have had for a long time so thanks to you

Good Waitrose, well stocked with all the lines you would expect, staff always helpfull and genuinely care about the service level given, all work with a smile. Well organised shop and deliver service saves a lot of effort. Even allow changes to items you want to take home with a simle. Lines always changing but you should be able to get all you need.

Had a turn this morning. Had to grab some chocolate went to the till and James a First Aider
was so helpful caring. Couldn’t ask for better service. THANK YOU

Always helpful and friendly staff. The store is clean and tidy. Great to have a mini Boots in the corner too. I had my flu jab and then picked up some shopping at the same time 😁 The cheese deli is a must visit. The lady was so smiley it made my day!

my partner and I came to Waitrose tonight 30/11/21 and she was adamant they had some "adult" baby powder. I was certain there wasn't and having a wind up and sarcastically asked a member of staff called Jonathan I think, and he replied "yes I believe we do a Waitrose essential one" alas we could not find it despite his Lovely help. While walking off and paying for our food with a smug sense of satisfaction at being right along comes Jonathan who had traversed the whole store like an Xmas miracle with the exact product she was looking for. So I hate you for making me wrong but with staff as dutiful as pleasant as that willing to go above and beyond is just nice. nice one Waitrose good on ya Jonno..

Simply put, this store is fantastic. I feel welcomed by the staff and the products are second to none and at a completely different level compared to the competition. There is NOTHING that isn't great.

And then there's the cheese-, fresh fish- and meat counters. The quality and service here raises the bar skyhigh above great.

What a supermarket.

Brilliant store, fresh produce, very helpful staff. One of the few supermarkets left that have meat and fish counters and staff that actually know their stuff with such. Only irk for me is despite having cameras and apparent enforcement for parking, you still get people parking and then going off into town to avoid parking fees which means car parking can be tight at times.

Went in for a bottle of white wine and the store gentleman knew his wines very well. Great recommendation. An elephant in the room.

This is the perfect size supermarket with wide aisles and a spacious feel with friendly and helpful staff, especially the tall man in the alcohol section with his knowledge of wines. I particularly enjoy buying fresh meat, fish and cheese from the counters as well as seasonal fruit and vegetables and, contrary to popular belief, some ranges are competitively priced. The cafe is good with outside seating (for sunny afternoons) and the loos are clean and easily accessed.

One of the best places for tasty treats. Quite a few staples have been reduced in price. Good personalised vouchers in the app and free coffee

The staff in here are wonderful. I was having a mini crisis one day and the kindness and compassion they showed me was exceptional. I'm now a loyal customer for life!

Many gaps in the shelves. I went there for mustard and beer, specific products which they advertise as stocking: neither was available 🙁

Such a joy! The best thing I do every week during lockdown aside from working. As soon as I walk through the door I feel embraced with a warm, genuinely helpful and safe environment. This branch is outstanding and the staff awesome.
