O2 Shop Wrexham - Eagles Meadow

Hi just like to comment on my experience at 02 at eagles meadow I had a lovely assistant called Sammy what a fantastic girl sorted my new phone without any trouble she was also very friendly an very polite

I've always had excellent service from O2 but today was particularly good. Having lost my phone, I rushed there in a panic and was helped by the lovely Sammy. She reassured me, blocked my sim card, moved my number onto a new one, advised me to inform my bank just in case) and on top of that, noticed that I probably didn't need my current tariff and suggested a cheaper one.
It's pretty unusual for somebody not to try to sell you something, especially when you're stressed, but Sammy was very professional and very helpful.

Needless to say, my phone turned up the minute I got home.....

Had an urgent issue for a sim for an outdoor camera to keep an eye on our foaling pony. Sammy was so welcoming and helped us really quickly, explained everything well, found us what we needed, and was just a generally lovely girl! She’s an asset to the store xxx

OMG!!! What fantastic service I received in the Eagles Meadow shop today. Vetty (Tsveti?) was an absolute gem and SO SO helpful and knowledgable and then Ben Jones came to assist due to a very complicated issue. Again so helpful and was able to rectify the problem. Thank you SO much to you both - you derserve a bonus after looking after me today!!!🤞🤞.

Amazing service. A very helpful young lady helped me change my phone from pay-as-you-go to sim only. She answered all my questions clearly and made me feel very much at ease.

Best service ever i used to go online but now i am going to the shop very friendly staff and helped me with my new phone transfered all my photos to my new phone and put a new case and screen protector on and give me a good deal thanks again for your help

We in to 02 today with my daughter to change our phones to sum only. All of the staff were really lovely, we were greeted by all of them. We were served by Jordan and Liam helped me with another problem I had with the phone. Both were very professional and there was no hard sell which I would not have appreciated at all. Highly impressed with them all.

Well I was with ee for 11 year's but not happy in charge in my all the time when I'm on holiday so had a really good deal with 02 especially with the staff were excellent

Bright, clean premises in the heart of eagles meadow shopping centre. The member of staff dealing with us was approachable, friendly and incredibly informative, showing us a wide range of phones suitable to our needs. Tarrifs were explained in detail and the most appropriate one found.
