Lovely location for a walk and to enjoy the footpaths and bridle ways nearby. Took a buggy up to the trig point, over the boardwalk but the came to a style, decided it wasn’t worth exploring the country park any further and went down one of the bridle ways which was better in terms of access.

Again a lovely place to visit. Free parking. Very quiet when I went, but amazing views and lovely quiet walks.
Definitely a place to come if you're looking for walks / views

Great caching spot. So many to walk around and find. The views are incredible and plenty of butterflies and dragonflies to spot! Great for a good walk and picnic too!

Really good walk around here this morning and some stunning views of all around. I could see Airbus fairly clearly so if it’s a really clear day it would be a lot further viewing

Gorgeous country park with amazing views for miles around.
Note, its not very pram friendly. We took our pram, but it was a struggle as its very rocky in places. It all depends on how strong you're feeling and whether your pram is capable of some off-roading!
Our kids loved the "cave" and the viewpoints, lovely place for a nice picnic.
Dog bins are available in a couple of locations and a litter bin in the main car park. Will definitely be visiting again soon

Lovely walk with the dogs (outside bird breading season), but keep away from the bog.

Great little hidden gem. Perfect little walk if you don't fancy being out for hours but would like some where to go with a great view.

Perfect place to walk your dog nice paths and great views. Has a fairly large and free car park that stays open until 9pm. At certain times of year you need to check that your dog's haven't got any tics after walking them here

A rather hidden gem, a steep climb on a narrow lane, so many people probably don't know the park is there. Once your car has managed the haul up the hill, though, it's well worth-it, with stunning views on a good day, a properly surfaced and good size car park, clear paths and water for your dog to swim in. It is an exposed spot, though, so you need to come prepared for the weather.

Beautiful views, from Liverpool to Mold. Car parking and bins. A lovely walk, wild sheep/cows so animals must be kept on leads but it is a beautiful place to visit. Not too busy either surprising but probably due to the remote location or grueling hill to get to via bike.
