Asda Stafford Superstore

Ella gave the greatest service imaginable. Normally I'm not a big fan of Asda as I find it too crowded but Ella was an amazing help for me with finding exactly what I needed.
A loyal customer gained today

A heartfelt thank you from this wobbly pensioner to the staff at the Stafford store, Friday 1st at 2pm, who scanned and bagged my shopping, sat me down, brought me water and stayed until I was able to leave. X

Opening times is:
Mon 7am-midnight, Tue-Fri 24hr, Sat 12am-10pm, Sun 10am-4pm.

Clean store, well-stocked shelves with good selection of produce. Self-checkout opened on time, all stations functional and staff on hand to assist.

Standard Asda store, staff are lovely, never had a problem with online purchases to be picked up

Always pleasant staff , Only recently started using ASDA as my main supermarket shopping, wish I had started ages ago. ( Lost faith in in my previous shopping company during the last few years especially poor on fruit and veg). Asda products excellent and very reasonable priced. So very grateful for S???? BU?? For letting me down so often.

It's been a year since my last visit. It's bigger than my local asda but easy to find things. Most of the items I was looking for were still in the same place. Staff are very helpful if you can't find what you're looking for. . Excellent service and the offers with the new Asda rewards card are excellent value. A lot more choice than my local Asda. I'm going shopping there tomorrow before I return home to Anglesey. Wish I lived nearby.

We had lunch today in the cafe. I have already thanked the young man personally but just wanted management to know how very helpful, efficient and courteous the young man was who served us today. Good food, good prices, will certainly visit again. We were in there at approximately 1 p.m.

Shopping today could not find what I was looking for so asked Ron on the chilled Isle to help us. He took us where we might find it, it was not exactly what we were looking for but had it. We moved on and suddenly Ron was there with a similar product and asked if we might prefer it, we purchased that as well.
That's going the extra mile, well done Ron.

I brought some scent booster from asda as they were on sale for a fiver. Just an idea for people it's the way I do it get an empty spray bottle put some scent boosters in then fill with water give it a shake the you have some nice spray for curtains or furniture and the smell lasts

Your standard big ASDA - Great place to go if you need the essentials. Staff are super helpful! Cheaper than Tesco and alternatives and not as overwhelming as the lights aren't quite as bright. Great bargains especially in the evenings when things are on sale.

I went to Asda today to buy a specific product, only to find it was out of stock. The lovely caring shop assistant, Claudia, went off to find out if she could get a discount on the alternative product for me. She returned with a discount card and a £1 coin. She had taken the money from her own pocket, which I immediately returned to her. What a generous young lady, who clearly has a heart of gold. An asset to your company. We need more Claudia's in this world.

Huge car park, 2 hours free parking.
The bigger store selling clothes, home goods, electrical goods etc.
Fantastic cafe, lovely food and very friendly welcoming staff.

Lots of 'free' parking for 2 hours. Great selection of foods and clothing. Prices were reasonable and quite a few offers. Quick service at the till as there were plenty of staff operating them.

Great big store. No issues with it what so ever. Fast self check out staff very friendly all the time. Thank you.
