Best service out of 5 companies we found online. Also best price. Fast response to emails and good communication. The products came earlier, no missing parts and no damage at all. The parts were ordered with custom dimensions to fit our special needs and custom made furniture. We received professional advise on what products to order so they will fit to out layout. Also after sale service with delivery follow up and interest in how to further assist if needed. I chose Huddle because their prices were competitive and their online chair configuration tool seemed easier to use than that of most of their competitors. I placed an order for an office chair shortly before the UK went into 'lockdown'. Unfortunately this meant a delay in the fulfillment of my order as the manufacturer had to close their facility. Katie was more than helpful, offering me alternatives from other manufacturers who were still operating. I decided to wait for the chair I had originally ordered and Katie kept me constantly updated about progress. I received my chair last week and was delighted.

In summary: fantastic service from Huddle and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

A great selection of products offered at competitive prices. Great communication with a personal touch keeping me informed of my order progress which was a made to order Pledge Eclipse Mesh Chair. Very pleased with the chair which is a big step up in quality from some of the £100 - £200 range chairs for not a lot more. Knowing I'll be spending around 8 hours a day working from home for the foreseeable future with COVID around, I feel it was a great investment. I would certainly recommend Huddle Furniture and would buy from again.

This is an excellent office/desk chair. Very comfortable, great back support, easy to adjust by height, back movement and seat position. The hard flooring wheels are smooth and the whole chair is light. Also more stylish than a heavy black office chair. No arms chosen for added comfort and positioning.

I bought a fancy coloured dry wipe board for my office and it's great. Despite being a heavy parcel, it was delivered with no fuss or damage. The packaging was comprehensive, so that helped of course. Keen price and good customer service. I'd recommend and buy from this company again

Very impressive customer service. Order confirmation followed by personal email from the team letting me know when to expect delivery of my order, which turned up ahead of schedule. A follow up email received post-delivery to check I was happy with my order item. Cannot fault the service and the pricing was extremely competitive too. I will order from Huddle Furniture again.

Excellent service. I had a few questions, which I raised on the web chat function. This was obviously an actual person, rather than a robot, who looked into my questions and got back to me really quickly. Once I ordered, I received an email to let me know when delivery was expected: this was much quicker than expected, and it turned up (fully assembled) on the date promised. Really happy with the chair so far. Had some bad experiences with other companies, but highly recommend Huddle.

Lots of choice. Smooth ordering process. Best price I could find on the Internet. Delivery was no hassle at all. Packaging was good. Chair was already assembled, which is very convenient. We recently used Huddle Furniture to supply our office chairs.

Which is a very small office, so I felt nervous that they may only supply big orders; but to my surprise, from the moment I emailed my enquiry, the service was excellent; Katie at Huddle Furniture came straight back to me, and was able to supply me with options to fit our budget and within 3 days, we'd received the goods.

All in all, the service was quick, easy, reliable and friendly; so would definitely recommend them to others. I have since found out how broad their range and customer base is, so have been able to recommend them into larger companies we work with as well. Brilliant advice regarding the best chair to suit my needs (spinal arthritis) and very tall. Great company who couldn't be more helpful when I needed to buy a new desk. Service was efficient and friendly and delivery was prompt despite current restrictions. While no tracking available for the goods the company provided updates on shipping and estimated dates of delivery, and then followed up to ensure desk was delivered. Really happy and more than likely will come back in the future.
