Nonfumo Flue Systems Limited

I bought a twin wall stainless flue from them some years ago and their service was very good -as was the product I bought. Recently I took delivery of a new chimney cowel and had some problems setting it level on the chimney. When I rang non fumo they answered the phone straight away and gave me some very helpful advice about how to tackle this.

Excellent service. Had an issue with their delivery provider (ParcelForce, didn't turn up after texting saying they were delivering that day) had my delivery costs refunded, can't be fairer than that. Maybe they should change delivery provider though.

We came to Nonfumo in Stokenchurch for our second wood stove, having recently moved house. We spoke at length with Neil in the showroom and found that he was the most knowledgeable and technically competent stove expert we had encountered to date. Neil recommended a 5kw British-made ACR Rowandale stove for our large living room. Installation went very smoothly, the stove is kicking out plenty of heat and we find it easy to run. We are happy with all aspects of the service including the price (which was a lot less than our last stove installation) and would not hesitate to use them again. We have already recommended the company to friends.
