Halfords - Newton Abbot

Basically I wanted a spray can from Halfords for my wife's car. I had previously bought on line a can for my daughter's car and it was a perfect match.so I wanted the Halfords brand. Some online paints are not always perfect.Max from the newton abbot store was able to cancel an original order and refund the money. Re ordered my paint and was in store with in2 working days well done and thanks

Had an intermittent audio issue for a while. Went into Halfords hoping to identify and fix issue. Asked for the ‘audio guy’, pleasantly surprised to learn this was an ‘audio girl’. She recommended I clean the contacts first, so for around £5 (electrical contact cleaner) my issue sorted. Also explained next steps should I need them. Drove away with my own tunes in the sunshine … thanks for making my weekend ‘audio girl’ you are a legend 😀!

Excellent service from both the guy in the shop, sorry didn't get your name, but very professional and efficient and Dave, the fitter in the cold car park. Fantastic service, frankly, I can't fault it. From the moment I entered the store to the turning on of my engine to leave the car park. I needed to have both headlights replaced on my car and it was all sorted very quickly. Dave was great. Highly recommend. A very good experience at a great price and very quick. Thanks.

Had an excellent visit today needed a new battery, joined Halfords premium saved 20% on the battery and free fitting which almost covered the cost of joining and a free MOT, a no trainer really. Also David fitted my battery very efficiently and his customer service was excellent, all in all a pleasurable visit

Battery booked to be fitted whilst we waited. All emails and Comms were very clear and efficient.

Arrived and after a very short wait battery was fitted successfully (the gent struggled at first but we were delighted he managed to fit it. Not a very nice job in the cold wet weather but your service was very much appreciated and worthy of the 5 star review.

David helped me this evening and explained everything saving me loads of money.
Was helpful and patient if I was unsure about something and took time to check all my lights. He found other issues with my car which he sorted on the spot. Friendly service and quick. May the force be with you

Great experience I went in to look for a rear bike rack and asked the guy if it fit and he was so helpful with my query. Also had a free health cheack on my car and they were outstanding. Newton abbot Halfords it was and I was Zak :)

I popped in to buy some car light restorer and oil. The gentleman who served me was very helpful and found me the car light restorer very quickly. Unfortunately the oil I wanted was out of stock but he kindly advised they expected a delivery on Thursday. Thanks for your help.

Needed some new number plate light bulbs for my car. Had no idea what I needed. Ben was amazing and helped me find the correct ones. Was really friendly and knowledgeable. 5 star service and a credit to the company

Had fog light bulbs for my Skoda Yeti replaced by Halfords Kingsteignton staff who were excellent and so helpful. Would recommend them!

Ordered some Gravel Tyres for my new ebike.
Couldn't for the love of God get my old ones off .
Came down to ask if cycle mechanic could get the old ones off for me.
Johnny did an absolute amazing job of not only get the old ones off but fitted my new ones up and made them tubeless for me !!

Needed a new battery sensor for my e bike and went to halfords newton abbot to buy it and get it fitted...once the part had arrived I turned up to the store for my booking slot for the fitting (even though thanks to life getting in the way I was late enough to have missed the slot) Dylan, I was told, had stayed behind before his lunch break just to fit the part for me....I really appreciate the dedication to customer service shown there because no one should be expected to delay their break for a customer and yet Dylan did so anyway...I hope his area manager sees this and passes along my appreciation...and Murray at the front desk was a friendly man too who I think also did well.

We are not from the area and needed a headlamp bulb today. Very helpful staff. 2 young men helped us find the correct bulb and fitted it there and then. Very friendly and excellent customer service. Thank you very much for sorting it out for us!

Thanks go out to Dan in the bike section who helped me out tonight when my gear chain snapped and he fixed at short notice. This allowed me to ride home which otherwise would not have been possible.
