Great vape shop. Loads of products to choose from and a huge selection of juices. Awesome that it’s based on an industrial estate as there is free parking right outside. Staff are all very knowledgeable and keen to help out. Just off the A380 between Torbay and Exeter.

Always have a great experience in there, I always like using these guys. Very friendly and helpful, any questions and these guys will know. “Dr Dan” 😂 is doing me wonders keeping me off smoking, something I’ve wanted for ages and this guy has cracked it for me. Highly recommend using these.

Very friendly staff and atmosphere is very casual. Great selection and pricing.
The staff are also very knowledgeable so can answer any questions easily. Is the only vape shop I'll use now. 3 for 12 pound on 10ml nic salt bottles bargain! Plus some great brands an flavours. Also love the point system they have online to get discounts every so often.

Spoke to Drew at Newton Abbot store as I was looking for advice on a pod kit I had my eye on. Being this would be my first kit, Drew gave me sound advice on the best coils to use for my typical vaping habits and juice used etc, and was very honest and impartial in his approach. Drew is a real top guy and even threw in a good bit of friendly banter! Thanks again for your help and assistance, Drew!

I have just been into the store for a replacement pod.
Unfortunately, they didn't have any in stock so, a bit disappointed, I was about to leave when the chap serving me disappeared out the back and came back clutching a new, boxed vape kit.
He proceeded to open it up so that I could have the pod from it!
If it had been a big ticket sale, I would have thought it was good service so I'm amazed that they would do that for a pod that only costs a couple of quid!
I can't recommend them highly enough!

Be using this shop for over a year now. All staff are friendly and helpful. If ever there is a problem they will fix. Definitely know their stock to suit each bespoke customer! Kai went completely above and beyond for me today with a problem I had. Thank you Kai! 5 stars from me.

Decided (completely spur of the moment) on Thursday that I didn’t want to smoke anymore after 17 years. Called into the store on my way home from work and was straight away greeted by Kai. I explained this was all new to me and I had no idea what I needed to get off cigarettes. I’d made half hearted attempts before but nothing really worked.
Immediately he offered brilliant advice and pulled out the device that he thought was best suited for my needs. He sorted everything to go with it, put it all together for me and off I went.
I am now over 48 hours cigarette free which is just amazing. The Endura T18e is perfect for me and I have not even been tempted to light a cigarette instead. I even went back today and bought another starter kit as a backup today.
I am so so pleased - it’s hard to put into words! The products and prices are great and the customer service I received both times from Kai was nothing short of brilliant.
I would recommend this place a million times over!

Fantastic shop, friendly, helpful and very clued up staff, always very welcoming. You can tell the customer is really in the heart of everything they do. Wouldn't shop anywhere else now I've found this shop. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Very good service Chris behind the counter told me all i needed to know. Help me with the type of oil i needed after giving up smoking also set up the starter pack for me thanks mate Gary
