Nice little shop easy to get in and out of and have most things related to DIY that you could need and you can always get a burger or chips out side from burger van if your hungry as well

Great DIY Store, Purchased Some Outdoor Paint for our wooden Benches & Table & our wooden seats. Purchased a beautiful lemon & Blue that they made up for us expensive but well worth every penny

Staff are actually helpful, and one chap I managed to collar could not only help, but actually helped me improve what I’d intended to do

Got the lot. Loads of stock of all the bits you need Staff are all approachable and happy. Sadly, when I was there, an old timer was kicking off because they didn't have enough drain pipe holders. (Very sad to see the older generation causing agro again) The lady dealing with the old moaner remained polite and was very professional.

The guy got his huge pipe out to his Hyundai i10 to find it wouldn't fit in his tiny car 🤣.. kama.

Good old store. Showing signs of age in the door way, could do with a revamp soon.

Absolutely amazing visit to click & collect today. Credit to the team there who were polite & extremely helpful. I was greeted at the door with an offer of help to which was gratefully accepted. Within minutes of my request to collect my items the customer assistant had radio'd to a colleague to bring my items down to the till area. I was also helped to my car by another assistant & helpful loading was very useful too. Seamless visit & will be a returning customer. Thank you B & Q Newton Abbot 👌

Popped in to buy some garden things, the member of staff meeting us at entrance was very helpful and knowledgeable. Upon finding what we were looking for, we went to pay. Again the member of staff was very polite and efficient. Overall the store has a wide range of products, all at good prices. As a female, I wouldn't have any problem walking in and asking for help or advice.

Helpful, pleasant staff and I found everything I wanted. Also nice, healthy outdoor plants available.

Good selection of what you need for DIY, gardening and more. Helpful staff and reasonable prices. Free and plentiful parking.

Great customer service from Vince,initially when we couldn't find a product. Then Andrew L helped, was friendly, chatty and made the all but boring shopping experience pleasant.

Well laid out, very tidy and easy to find items. If not, the staff are extremely helpful and go out of their way to locate items.

Absolutely nothing is too much trouble for the B&Q staff. There is nothing that the customer service care could ever be improved on.

Lovely shop with helpful staff, far easier to find things I than some of the larger stores but still stock a good range of what you would need.

I ordered some things online and because I ordered 2 different orders they called me to make sure I did this on purpose. When I went to collect. They were so kind and helpful. Really great experience.

Not the biggest store but caters for most needs. Very big car park with recycling facilities in the back corner.

Staff are helpful and knowledgeable and shelves have good stock

Great deals staff are brilliant always trying to save you money click and collect easy and quick lots of parking available

The staff are always pleasant and helpful , and quick to open another till to cut the queueing time down .
And there is the added bonus of an excellent Catering truck outside in the car park.
