I find the assistant Greg here incredibly helpful and friendly every time I go in - one of the best levels of customer service I’ve received. He is a credit to the store.

Did online click and collect. Received an email saying the item was ready to collect. Rushed to get there before their 5.30pm closing time, and got there at 5.25pm, shop was locked up, and no lights on...Tried again today at lunchtime. Got there at 1.25pm to see the shop still locked up, and a handwritten note saying "back at 2.30"! Once I get the product, I cannot see myself ordering a click-and-collect from this store again!

Click and collect doesn’t work. They take your money but don’t have the item. Customer service is useless and never get back to you. Buyer beware.
