Can not fault this shop one bit!! I have been using these guys for well over 6 years now and I still have not found a shop that competes with them!! The knowledge they have is second to none, they are a super friendly team and are always there to offer any help with any questions you have! I will continue to use VapER+ for the foreseeable future. (They also don't mind me bringing my BIG dog down to see them, when other vape shops seem to get funny with him)

The proprietor went above and above to help me choose a flavour that would be right for me. There are numerous eliquid and NIC salt variants. Was quite pleased with the manner they assisted me in selecting my flavour.

Lovely welcome and the staff were super friendly and knew their stuff. The suggestion of the Wild Roots - wild cherry, fino lemon and frozen blueberries was a beaut! 5*'s! Thanks guys.

*Update* I thought the service these guys have provided throughout very challenging times for retailers with all the safety restrictions in place has been nothing short of superb throughout the pandemic, so deserved a mention. They have always adapted to the constant changes in guidance with local same day delivery options and very fast click and collect ordering. Thanks again for all your efforts guys it's much appreciated.

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. I came in knowing nothing and walked out feeling like an expert. I bought a starter kit, it was great value even compared to the Internet and a week later I've not looked back. Will definitely use VapER again in future for my fluid and spare coils!!!

Really good store, now for this store unlike most I would 100% reccomend for the store itself unlike others I have for the customer service alone. This store is the perfect store to visit if you have no idea what flavour to purchase when your wanting something new, every bottle is placed on a shelf with testers so that you can try all of them in tanks just take the tank, place on your mod and test it. On one side of the shop is short fills and the other nic salts, it is a really good lay out. The pricing is not bad and the service is not bad either nothing wowing me but nothing amazing me.

A great service from Ollie at Vaper ER. I placed an order last Friday and due to the current circumstances this had got lost in the post. I've been classed on the vulnerable list due my history of Leukaemia, so was unable to go to the shop to pick up my order. However, Ollie went out of his way to personally deliver this to me. Absolute class customer service and would recommend always. Great stuff!

I purchased a starter kit online as I do not have a local store to me. The initial purchase was good, I had to call them to change delivery address and they were very helpful, the delivery was very quick as well. A couple of months later I discovered that I ordered the wrong filters so I emailed them (pushing my luck really) and their response was fantastic. Not only did they post out the correct filters to me straight away (even though the error was made by myself when ordering) but they also then made changes to their website to help newbies like me to avoid making the same mistake I did. One cannot ask for more than that and I will recommend these guys to anyone who is wanting to Vape rather than smoke. Thanks again VapEr, proof once again that we should all be using smaller independent companies rather than the likes of Amazon!

Following a call to the shop to enquire about an item and to confirm they had it in stock, which they did. They said they would put it to one side for me.
Upon arriving at the shop I was greeted by very friendly staff who were also helpful in getting other bits I wanted.

This shop is not the closest one to me but after reading all the good reviews on here decided to try it first. Was exactly as described with very helpful staff and good selection of starter kits to choose from. Will be visiting again for sure.
