Great new store with lots to see but still waiting for cafe to be open. Not sure when it will be open as no sign or info left.

The lamb grill steaks are amazing. 3 packs for £10

I was helped by a wonderful member of staff at this store a couple of months ago. My little boy was incredibly upset and I was helped to put my shop on the conveyor belt, pack it , and take it to my car - I could not have got my shop done without her. Thank you!

I went our with a friend for a coffee and cake as we Had not been to the
Big Morrisons before, but were disappointed to find that they had closed the cafe a couple of months ago 😢
The shop was very well
stocked,had nice wide
aisles and was beautifully clean.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
I will definitely go again..

Enormous product varieties even having clothes to buy. Its the largest supermarket in Fleet. One point to say is the price tag or promotion you see sometime is different or not there when you checkout. Be aware for that.

A great local store with helpful staff

Great store, helpful staff and good range of choices. Great fresh produce and a useful range of non food items too.
We have also been impressed with the bakery and the help we have received from the in house butchers, who have gone into the freezers to find pieces not out o. The shelves for us.

I live on Elvetham Heath and this is my local store. I sadly am a widow and now battling cancer and nothing is too much trouble for the staff at this store. I can always park close to store in a disabled area and the lovely security man as soon as he sees me he finds the key and gets a member of staff to bring the scooter to me.

Pets Corner is a very well stocked place to buy all manner of pet food and accessories. If they do not have what you need then it is almost certain that they can get it. Having it's own car park makes buying in bulk so much easier. If you have pets it is worth a visit just to see what they have.

In these testing times we decided to treat ourselves to a cooked breakfast at the café. The service and experience was nothing short of exceptional thanks to a member of staff called Jess. She gave us the 5 star service that i would expect in a Michelin star restaurant not Morrisons cafe and she is an asset to your company. She should be put in charge of all staff training in my opinion. I will definitely be back.

Working as a volunteer with Fleet Food-bank, emptying the customer contributions to the Food-bank, I am amazed at the generosity of Morrisons customers. Thank you so much. We also found gluten free flour 25% cheaper at Morrisons than at Sainsbury's selling the same product! Thank you Morrisons.

Great recent improvements and range of services, now has a cafe/takeaway and the small pharmacy has always been helpful. I love Morrisons for their efforts to reduce packaging and towards sustainability, great staff, bakery, quality meat and local veg where possible. I do shop around and use Aldi and Waitress, but Morrisons is our staple.

I sadly have Cancer and as soon as they see me enter the stor⅝e. The lovely security guard welcomes me and straight away goes and brings me the mobility scooter so I can do shopping and sit down and not be in so much pain.
Staff at the end of my shopping pack it all away take me to my car.

I whole heartedly believe Morrisons to be the supreme supermarket, it's meal deals cannot be beaten and my personal choice is a medium salad bar (recently reopened), smoothie and sausage roll. If you want good, convenient and cheap food then Morrisons is the place to be.

Popped into Morrisons Elevetham Heath (Fleet) store this morning to buy some bread rolls from the bakery. I found all the mixed rolls bagged up in sixes BUT not a mixed selection......... But all the same. I spoke to the Bakery Manager / Supervisor to ask if i could have a mixed bag and was told no. If i wanted a selection i would have to buy six of each!......Apparently, COVID virus is to blame! I stated that a member of staff must have bagged up the rolls so why (as per the price label) couldn’t they put a variety of rolls instead of six of the same? I was told nothing could be done.
I then made my way to the Customer Service desk and spoke to a very polite and helpful lady named Chris. I repeated my request and was told that as per the label I COULD HAVE six mixed rolls. Between us and three bags (without touching the bread rolls) we re bagged them.
Now that’s what i call Customer Service.
I really don’t think the Master Baker could be bothered OR he is just trying to sell loads of rolls!

Morrison's Elvetham Heath. Despite alterations to the store it is now better managed than 6 months ago. Shelves are better stocked and prices are good compared to other supermarkets. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Revamped store. Great layout with cafe upstairs. Pharmacy, butchers, fresh fish, bakery. Plenty of parking with great number of disabled and mother and toddler. Petrol station and cash points

Brilliant place to shop, staff helpful, layout clear and produce top top quality especially their fresh veg, meat and fish!!
Their "Best" ready meals are amazing and the bakery is super yummy!!!

Never long queues during lockdown and I like the basket queue which other supermarkets haven't had. Useful if you need just a few bits.

Under difficult conditions Morrisons are trying very hard to provide a near normal service. Stock levels of essential items are ok and the management of social distancing is about as good as it can be. Morrisons remains my supermarket of choice.
