The team is very helpful. Yes, it’s hard to get through on the phone (although not always) and is frustrating, but you understand this easily when you go into the store and it’s always busy. They try and help everyone and can’t just multiply themselves.
They are knowledgeable and understanding of what is happening with stock issues and the frustrations that come as a patient, and have always been helpful to the extend of their capacity.
Perhaps if everyone treated them kindly, there would be more staff available to help, unfortunately there’s a limit to what they can do and some of this should be filled by the GP surgeries, who are also understaffed…
They’ve been swamped after the Lloyds pharmacy shut down which adds patients to their lists with no additional staff but seems to have settled a bit recently.
A bit of understanding from both ends will go a long way.

I’ve always had a good experience in boots. However, today I got treated really kindly by a girl called Ella. I asked her some advice as to which product would suit me best. She showed me a cheaper alternative. The product I picked out and she approved of was so perfect she was able to tell me why she thinks it would work for me . Her tone and delivery was perfect; had I not got her opinion I wouldn’t have been successful in my purchase today. The boots is small but the brands they have really are great.

Also she wasn’t rude or insensitive when describing what I needed for my skin tone when a lot of people are.

Although very busy, plenty of stock and everything flowing very smoothly.

The Pharmacy team are outstanding. Each person is treated with attention and care despite being stretched to capacity. There is a real team atmosphere and you now that you are in safe hands and that absolutely everything is being done to help you. I wish there was a way of showing you our appreciation more.

I want to thank the pharmacy manager (don’t remember her name, just that she had glasses and blond hair). Pharmacy services are REALLY STRETCHED and STRUGGLING at the moment and they are obviously doing the very best they can at Boots Fleet. What really isn’t helping is the difficult customers constantly moaning every time I’m there!

The pharmacy manager referred me to the easy to use NHS app to make things a lot easier and gave me useful advice to get an emergency prescription before running out of medication. For this I’m really grateful 🤗

We have visited yesterday and have received fantastic customer service from a young lady in beauty team. She took her time to select correct product for my child, she made her feel cool about the problem she is dealing with. It was little gesture but meant a lot! Thank you!

This is the only pharmacy I go to now. Great selection and the service is outstanding. I haven't bought makeup without Libby's help in over a year. Amazing place to be and the No7 range is perfect. If you want makeup help from someone who is into the natural beauty look (Vs clubbing) and you don't like pushy staff; go and find Libby, she's the best.

The atmosphere of the store is amazing. The staff are professional and friendly. The pharmacy staff and pharmacist are always consistently friendly and helpful. It goes without saying that those who are slating them on here do not understand the effort, time and hard work that goes into dispensing, ordering and checking hundreds of prescriptions a day. Those few that have claimed to have a negative or even rude experience need to understand the value of patience. Nothing can be instant and if a crucial mistake was made due to your demands of faster service, you would be the first to point the finger despite placing that pressure on them in the first place. Overall I am always happy to be served in this boots and to collect my prescriptions. Brilliant store!

Massive range of skincare of different price ranges, every bath and personal product, vitamin, first aid, hair electronics, etc you could think to want. Staff are always nice.

We have had first class service from the ladies in the pharmacy. Their thoughtfulness is amazing. It is wonderful to deal with people who go the extra mile. Thank you, ladies, we truly appreciate you.

I love Boots they have everything you want and
If they do not have it in stock they will order it for next day collection

There was a lovely young lady on the till who helped me with my boots vouchers as I didn't have my glasses with me.

This is a good Boots, as it has most items in stock, especially their own cost effective brands and the staff are always helpful.

Always fabulous service from the chemist side

The Camberley branch is without a doubt the 'flag ship' of this area, the hearing department is by far the best of any other providers in the region. An exceptionally well organised branch all round.
